A Sweet Invitation: Join My Monthly Community Gathering

For a long time now, something within me has been making itself known. A sense that the work wants to move beyond the individual container—without losing its depth. A knowing that healing, at this stage, asks not only for insight, but for relationship.

A call to gather.

I’m writing today to share a new offering that has been asking to be born for quite some time: a monthly community space devoted to healing, integration, and conscious connection.

Why I’ve created this space-

So many people who are drawn to this work find themselves in an in-between place. You’re no longer who you were. But you’re not fully who you’re becoming.

Old identities, relationships, and ways of orienting to life don’t quite fit anymore. And yet the next layer hasn’t fully revealed itself. This can feel isolating—even when you’re doing “all the right things.”

This monthly gathering is designed to meet that threshold.

It’s a place to come together with others who are invested in healing—

not as a self-improvement project, but as a relational process.

A space where you don’t have to explain the language you speak inside.

A space where depth, curiosity, and inner honesty are welcomed.

What happens in the gathering-

Each month, we meet live for 90 minutes in a held, intentional circle.

We begin by anchoring the space—settling the nervous system, orienting toward presence, and naming intention. From there, the gathering unfolds organically.

There may be teaching.

There may be reflection or guidance.

There may be moments of being witnessed—or witnessing someone else and receiving exactly what you needed through them.

This work is integrative by nature. It draws from psychology, nervous system awareness, relational dynamics, and the subtle intelligence that emerges when we listen beneath the surface. There is no fixed script or single modality—because healing is not linear, and people are not formulas.

What matters most is that the space remains attuned.

Who this is for-

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve worked with me before and want to stay connected to the work in a lighter, ongoing way
  • You’ve been curious about my approach but haven’t felt ready for 1:1 work
  • You’re longing for community that feels grounded, emotionally intelligent, and real
  • You want a consistent rhythm of self-honoring presence amid a busy life.

You don’t have to come every month for it to be meaningful. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the recording. But my hope—and my intention—is that this becomes something you plan for. Something you let anchor your month.

Because real change doesn’t happen accidentally. It happens when we make space for it.

The details-

  • Live monthly gathering (90 minutes)
  • Third Wednesday of every month
  • First gathering: February 18

Open to all, wherever you are in the world. Recordings provided if you can’t attend live.

This is a space I will be actively holding—with my presence, my experience, and my full attention. I’m deeply curious about what wants to emerge here, and how this community may grow over time.

If you feel even a quiet pull, I encourage you to listen to that.

I would love to welcome you into this circle.

If you feel drawn to this work and would like to be the first to know when registration is live, I invite you to join the waitlist below. You’ll receive a personal note as soon as the space is ready to welcome people in.

Calm Your Mind: Release Stress, Gain Clarity

I’ve been reflecting on you lately, as I’ve received so many heartfelt responses from the last blog I posted. Many of you shared that you’re feeling unsteady, uncertain, and overwhelmed by the turbulence of everything happening right now. And I want you to know—I hear you.

I’m feeling the call of the collective, too. We are being pulled in so many directions, and the need for support, connection, and compassion has never been more urgent. Whether it’s the chaos of the world around us or the quiet turmoil inside, it’s clear that many of us are searching for something to anchor us.

We are all craving ways to return to a place of peace, alignment, and clarity. That’s what I want to offer you today—some reflections and tools that can help you turn inward, find your footing, and begin the important work of being held more fully, and healing.

We are living in a time that is calling us to come together—not in spite of our differences, but because of them. No matter our beliefs, backgrounds, or experiences, we are being invited to step into a new way of being, one that requires us to meet each other with greater awareness, compassion, and understanding.

But before we can truly unite with others, we must first learn to unite with ourselves. This means turning inward, becoming aware of the places within us that still need healing, and bringing consciousness to the wounds that shape our reactions, beliefs, and choices.

I personally believe that life is revelatory. And thus, the people and circumstances who appear in your field and trigger you, are simply there to reveal to you where YOU are not yet free.

When you focus on the extraneous circumstances and feel victimized by them in any way, you are missing the point, and the golden opportunity.

You are meant to look inward and ask: ‘What is this struggle revealing to me about myself?’ ‘What part of my ego needs to be held here?’ ‘Who is my true self, and how might I be in opposition to that version of myself because of who I actually am right now?’

The truth is, our suffering is self-induced. And we collaborate with that shadow material fully. It’s when we can accept and embrace our unconscious participation in our struggle that we can truly find the path to our greatest liberation and live the life we desire.

Bringing consciousness to our wounds does not mean judging ourselves for them. It means illuminating them with presence and curiosity, recognizing how they influence us, and choosing to tend to them with care rather than allowing them to run our lives in the shadows.

True healing is not about bypassing pain—it is about meeting it fully, offering it light, and integrating the wisdom it holds. And as we do this work within ourselves, we naturally contribute to the healing of the world.

Many are feeling lost and disoriented right now. There is a tornado of unsettling material occurring at a swift pace and it’s easy to be swept up in it.

But I believe that the only way to find our footing and move forward in a positive trajectory is to first turn inward.

Identify with honesty where you are misidentified with your true Self. This requires the ability to self-reflect and witness yourself objectively. Often this requires a safe container, an objective but loving witness to help us see ourselves more clearly.

Commit to yourself to seek this out and to preview yourself like never before. Pursue the truth and welcome it with the intent to know yourself deeply, intimately and with wild abandon and radical acceptance.

When we bring light into ourselves—when we cultivate clarity, stillness, and intentionality—we are better able to pour that light into the world.

One of the most powerful ways to begin is by noticing the difference between reacting and responding—how we move from our past default patterns to conscious choices.

If you are seeking support or guidance as you navigate these times, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You are not alone in this journey.

There is nothing I love more than meeting intimately with you and your soul, and helping to illuminate to you all that you cannot yet see, so that you may be the most enlightened version of yourself.

This is your birthright, and your truest purpose. Everything else will make more sense after that!

The Medicine of Darkness: Honoring the Cycles Within

As we transition into the Fall season, the shifting energies around us reflect a deeper truth that we, too, experience within. Just as nature moves from vibrant summer blooms into the quietude and rest of autumn, we are invited to honor the balance between light and dark within ourselves.

It’s easy to resist change, to fear the unknown, and to cling to what we think we can control. But this resistance often leads to suffering, keeping us in survival mode and preventing us from embracing the flow of life.

In Fall, we are reminded of the cycle of death and rebirth. The leaves fall, creating space for new growth. Similarly, within us, there is a need to surrender to the darkness, the uncharted places we may fear, and allow them to be the fertile ground for new possibilities.

When we release our grip and trust the process of life, we create the conditions for profound healing and growth.

Darkness is not something to be feared but embraced. Life itself begins in the rich soil beneath the surface, where roots grow strong, before blossoming into the light.

Just like nature, we, too, need the dark to nourish us. It’s in the descent into our shadow—those parts of ourselves we’ve rejected or disowned—that true healing begins.

This is the medicine of darkness: integration, acceptance, and ultimately, growth toward the light.

In psycho-spiritual healing, we honor the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. The true magic happens when we explore the deeper parts of ourselves, not just in the intellect but in the heart and body.

Multidimensional healing, whether through therapy, bodywork, or spiritual practices, supports this process, aligning us with our innate wholeness. Those parts of you that have felt unworthy or unloved are waiting to be embraced, so they can return to their rightful place in your whole being.

This is the journey to clarity, peace, and the freedom to create the life you desire.

Through conscious awareness, we see that we are not our thoughts. The beliefs and patterns ingrained in us over time do not define who we are at our core. Beneath these layers is your true self—pure, innocent, and whole.

Fall invites us to release these old patterns, much like trees shedding their leaves, so that we may create space for a more aligned, joyful life.

This season, I invite you to explore these parts of yourself with gentleness and curiosity. As you shed the old and embrace the new, allow yourself to be supported in this process of transformation.

Tender Rebirth: Trusting the Path of Love

In our darkest hour, it might feel impossible to believe that something good could come of our pain.

In our moments of deep despair, we might see the world as an unsafe place for the tenderness of our hearts, and the ferocity of our love to be seen and held.

But my darling, life is not trying to break you down, it is trying to break you free.

If it’s true that we are all here to learn to love and to live fully, then it is also true that everything you experience is a doorway.

You are safe to enter.

It may feel like a very long journey, but if you keep your heart and eyes open you will see and feel the glimmers of hope along the way. Each smile from a stranger, each sunrise and sunset is there to help remind you of the simple blessings, guiding you back to love.

There is hope when you let the rain kiss your skin, or the birds sing their songs just for you.

There is hope, when the ocean crashes on the shores and you let the earth cleanse you of your sorrows.

When you let yourself be held by the very foundation in which you rest.

When you remember that you were never abandoned because love is all that you are.

Never forget the power of your intention, and the strength in your courage to forge a new path. To emerge from your cocoon as a butterfly, no matter how long it takes you to find your wings.

The tragedies and losses and heartbreaks you endure are not a punishment from God, or a sign that you are somehow broken or unworthy, or just not cut out to have what you want.

We all suffer, and we all come face to face with death – of dreams, of potential futures never birthed into being, of loved ones, of parts of ourselves we had to leave behind, of parts we’re still reclaiming.

This life is fleeting and in the end, all that matters is that you did what you came here to do – love. So please don’t close your heart for good, you are too precious to hide away forever.

Take your time, be with whatever it is you need to feel through, and when you are ready…come home.

Navigating the Storms of Change

In the whirlwind of life’s transitions, we continue to find ourselves standing at the threshold of change, where our foundations are being tested and transformed. How is your nervous system doing?

As we navigate crossing these thresholds and periods of rapid upleveling, it’s important that we also recognize the opportunities they present. We can either resist the change or choose to deepen our faith and simply observe how the old paradigms are dying off and being replaced with the new.

But these changes can feel chaotic and ungrounded. Resist the urge to cling to the familiar – old patterns, beliefs, or relationships. Our survival systems are being activated. It’s normal for you to feel flooded with uncertainty around what the world will look like once the storm settles.

Remember, there’s always a choice. You can deepen into faith, nurture the parts that feel overwhelmed, and unapologetically mother yourself through the process.

The source of your safety comes from within.

With the world undergoing significant transformations, the pressure continues to build. Whatever has unfolded in the past weeks, months, or years has been in service to our evolution.

Push against the walls of comfort and familiarity, for it is when we release this resistance that growth and expansion occur. Get intimate with your limits and thresholds so you may learn to build the capacity and strength needed to navigate the chaos of the world.

This is a good time to find something – even something small – to anchor into. It could be a daily meditation practice or personal ritual, a quiet walk in nature, or a comforting chat with a good friend. Go back to basics, focusing on the small things you can control.

These are the building blocks of a strong, secure safety system.

It would be my honor to guide you through integration, creating a deeply transformative container to explore the parts holding you in unhealthy patterns and behaviors.

A Sacred Dance of Love and Transformation

I’m overjoyed to share a new chapter in my life—my recent wedding in the South of France, nestled in the breathtaking Pyrenees. Surrounded by our closest family and friends, we spent a week in celebration, creating memories that will forever warm my heart. It was a time that reminded me of the deeper meaning behind love and partnership.

In this journey of love, I’ve learned that relationships, when held with intention, can be powerful spaces for growth and healing. This time was different for me. I was ready to step into a love that felt expansive, genuine, and true. My beloved and I created something sacred, a bond that reflects our highest selves and the deepest parts of our hearts.

We married twice—once in Oregon, in a simple ceremony with my parents and my 100-year-old grandmother, and then again in France, under a 700-year-old cedar tree with our loved ones. Both days were perfect in their own unique ways, filled with love, laughter, and the kind of joy that only comes from being surrounded by people who truly care.

As I reflect on our union, I’m filled with gratitude for the journey that brought us here, for the lessons learned, and for the beauty of what’s to come. Relationships, in their truest form, are an invitation to step into the fire of transformation—and I am so grateful to have found someone who stands in that fire with me.

Please enjoy these photos from our wedding – a Sacred Union of Love and Transformation.

Finding Your Way Back To Yourself

You are holy and whole. You are human, innocent and innately good.  Have you forgotten?

In our lifetime, through our childhood and life experiences we have separated from this sacred truth.

The good news is, you can always find your way back to yourself. But it will take some work.

This is the call you have been waiting for to both soften and commit. To dig deep and open your heart wide. To root yourself in devotion, to live according to the compass deep in the center point of your heart.

Here is what I know for sure…

To light up the world you must first

turn on your own inner light.

To heal the world around us you must

first heal yourself.

To soothe the separation in the world,

you must heal the separation you feel

within yourself.

To create Heaven on earth you must

first find heaven within your own body,

to see it as holy and sacred.

To birth a new age, you must first

rebirth yourself.

And in every moment there is an opportunity for rebirth.

You must commit to your devotional practice and soul work like never before. You must take notice of what is rising in you and what is falling away. And instead of banishing the shadow, you must tenderly offer it up to the light over and over again.

This work is not easy. Which is why not everyone does it.

But you are not everyone.

You must find a way to keep your heart tender and open despite what is unfolding around and within you.

You must find a way to anchor and weave the light in whatever corner of the world you find yourself in.

It takes courage to set your gifts free. To look into the face of the things that you’re afraid to do and be and get curious about what’s on the other side.

But, I promise you, when you gather up the courage and lean into it, something magical happens.

Facing your fears and breathing through them, creating through them, moving through them – on the other side, you will discover your greatest gifts, joys, pleasures and purpose.

These gifts are the seeds that have been planted within you from the beginning and they are waiting for the light to shine upon them so they can fully blossom and show their truest beauty.

Are you ready for your gifts to be revealed?

The beauty of true healing and transformation is always available to you. You can reclaim your power through each choice you make.

How To Keep Your Heart Open

One of the greatest challenges of life is to learn how to keep your heart open when you most want to close it.  To stay open through hurt and loss, disappointment, betrayal, and pain.  To allow what’s falling away to fall away.  And to let life crack you open again and again.

The truth is, being human is not always easy.  In fact, often, it feels incredibly hard. But a life well lived takes courage.  It is full of losses and tragedies, as well as triumphs and adventures.

Whatever challenges you may be facing at the moment, life is coaxing you to keep your heart open, no matter how much it hurts.

To find a way to unfold through the extremes.

Perhaps you’re going through a difficult time right now.

Perhaps life is testing you more than you think you can bear.

Perhaps more than anything, you want to shut down and cut yourself off.

Your grief is real.

The healing is happening and it will take as long as it takes.

Be gentle and treat yourself with the tenderness of a precious child, because you are one.  Remember that you have all that you need to create the life you are destined to create.

All you need to do now is to stay open and take the next step. And tomorrow, you will take another.

Trust that you already know what to do. The blueprint is encoded within you.

I believe throughout our lives and through all the extremes, these experiences will be continuous invitations to keep our hearts open.

This is the courageous path from which healing can finally emerge.

Are you struggling to keep your heart open?  Do you feel your soul yearning for a deeper relationship with you?  If you are in need of support and guidance, I am here for you.

How to Heal the Feminine Within

I hope that you are enjoying the summer wherever you are. If you’re like me, summer is a time I allow indulgence in deep witnessing of my pleasure and gratitude- from sweet simple pleasures to big juicy unconditional love.

Perhaps being born under a summer sun organically aligns me with seasonal rhythms to embody pleasure, flow, creative essence and the feminine frequencies within.

This feels supported with the effervescence, softness, safety and levity of the summer months- the warm sun rays, the yummy nectar of flowers in bloom, the longer brighter days, the orgasmic sunsets, and the tantalizing collective joy whispering in a social breeze.

As I feel into the bliss this season evokes, I am attuned to the feminine energy codes being delivered through the quantum.

A massive upgrade is downloading into our womb spaces, or the symbolic hologram of the wombs from which we descended.

What do womb medicine codes feel like in the body?

Take a moment to ask yourself what is happening in your life that feels different right now?

Does it feel light or heavy in your body?

What connection to the feminine womb space is awake for you?

You may notice it is being activated now.

Regardless of gender each of us has a relationship to the feminine – and the womb space.

Perhaps it’s the mother within, the feminine within, fertility or pregnancy, healing the loss of fertility or pregnancy, sexual trauma, or the loss of a child, a mother, or grandmother. This ancestral legacy lives on in our dna- the physical and the spiritual.

It’s the relationship with our mothers, the matriarchal line and any womb trauma.

The womb space is our center of gravity, the holy fire medicine, which gives us the unmatched ability for creation.

It is the women we have made mothers, and it’s the relationship with how we mother ourselves from the Divine feminine.

It’s the initiation from maiden to mother, literally or symbolically.

How and what and whom do we mother? What relationship do we have with the mother? What relationship do we have with our pleasure, sensuality, creativity and feminine nature?

Slow down and turn inward to truly witness the feminine within.

This reflection will mirror the relationship with life and relationships, and especially ourselves.

Is this connection one of health, high vibration and happiness for you? Uninhibited, passionate, confident, fiercely loving, the holy fire and white flame for creation and every form of intimacy. Fully alive and present even with the dark matter. Co-creating life, beauty, pleasure, joy.

A mantra that has come up for me in my own channeling as of late, hums of a divine lullaby and desire to feel ‘soft and safe’.

A request for the felt sense of milk and honey experience in every waking moment. A yearning perhaps from the eternal center of my own womb space for something more sacred, exalted, desired and profoundly intimate.

An up-leveling of my body and nervous system, my feminine nature.

A higher calling where I am more healed in this holy center of feminine power, and as a result, I’m available to show up more deeply for others to cultivate the softness and safety in them.

How is womb medicine quaking inside you?

Are you allowing the healing to take root? Are you dancing with wild abandon around the holy fire within?

The opportunity is ripe for the womb to be healed during this opening. Unconditional love and desire are center stage.

I’ve been diving in deeply. Doing womb work. Exploring what I give life to, and the parts of me eager to be discharged, to let die and transform through re-birth, so that I may create in the world through my Divine feminine essence. I feel inspired, luminous, satiated and alive.

It’s a time for me to reflect on my own growth and evolution as a human continuing my own inner work, healing and deepening the essence of my truest Self, so the container I create as a space-holder is fertile and abundant with divine feminine codes.

As you bask under the summer moons, do you find there are parts of your relationship with the feminine you continue to struggle to make peace with internally or externally?

Remember, when healing we must learn to love and accept all the parts of our being, even those parts we want to hate or reject.

Our bodies are vessels and temples to our Spirit- yet so many of us often feel unsafe and uncomfortable within.

True safety lives inside the body. We can create felt safety through devotion and ceremony with our physical bodies.

Our bodies are a sacred doorway to the Soul and the womb of creation. The womb space is the holy center. The drishti within.

I invite you to see your body as a sacred temple. Treat it as such.

Clean out the debris from layers upon layers of inherited beliefs, prejudice, and wounds which obscure your ability to create life clearly, consciously.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Memories, behaviors, beliefs continue to manifest in our lives in countless ways… because our bodies never forget.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As such, the body becomes a source of tremendous wisdom and insight: a doorway to the present moment, and fulfillment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

An embodied approach to healing anchors you into the now. I urge you to choose this holy path.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Your body has so much to teach you and so much to release.

If you desire to cultivate a deeper intimacy within sacred womb space, and the feminine so you may lead an awakened, meaningful life, I encourage you to reach out for guidance and support.

Anchoring in Love: Finding Your Center Amidst Chaos

Goodness, the world is asking a lot of us.  How are you doing through it all?

If you are feeling activated or triggered by global events or by the noise and chaos surrounding us, you are not alone.

Can you take a moment to pause, to sit in stillness and find your breath?  Can you feel the life force in your body, the frequency of love vibrating through every cell of your being?

Love is the most powerful force on this planet.

Much of what we are seeing in the news and media is activating a trauma response in many people, keeping us stuck in a dysregulated nervous system. Survival.

Now is the time to reach for the ever-present light within you.

We are far greater, stronger, more powerful when we’re united by the golden thread that connects us all. Love. Light. Consciousness.

The world is delivering some heavy lessons. This is why we must take the time to anchor into our center and surrender.

Our center point is where we remember that we’re both human and divine, that we’re okay, that we’re safe, that we’re alive, breathing.

Our center point is where we remember that we’re not alone, that we’re a part of a whole, the one. Where we drop into our humanity, and our divinity at the same time.

When we’re disconnected from our center, we’re forced to function and project from the past and future.  From old stories and past conditioning rather than the present moment.

Our center brings us home, allows us to melt into the present, and reminds us of our sovereignty.

This is where the alchemy lies.  In this exact moment. From the center point of our hearts. Where we are safe to be both human and divine.

Hold and nurture this knowing.

It’s all within, at your center, in your heart.

I invite you to explore the possibilities with me as your guide. Click here to view my list of services or book a free clarity call.
