A Sweet Invitation: Join My Monthly Community Gathering

For a long time now, something within me has been making itself known. A sense that the work wants to move beyond the individual container—without losing its depth. A knowing that healing, at this stage, asks not only for insight, but for relationship.

A call to gather.

I’m writing today to share a new offering that has been asking to be born for quite some time: a monthly community space devoted to healing, integration, and conscious connection.

Why I’ve created this space-

So many people who are drawn to this work find themselves in an in-between place. You’re no longer who you were. But you’re not fully who you’re becoming.

Old identities, relationships, and ways of orienting to life don’t quite fit anymore. And yet the next layer hasn’t fully revealed itself. This can feel isolating—even when you’re doing “all the right things.”

This monthly gathering is designed to meet that threshold.

It’s a place to come together with others who are invested in healing—

not as a self-improvement project, but as a relational process.

A space where you don’t have to explain the language you speak inside.

A space where depth, curiosity, and inner honesty are welcomed.

What happens in the gathering-

Each month, we meet live for 90 minutes in a held, intentional circle.

We begin by anchoring the space—settling the nervous system, orienting toward presence, and naming intention. From there, the gathering unfolds organically.

There may be teaching.

There may be reflection or guidance.

There may be moments of being witnessed—or witnessing someone else and receiving exactly what you needed through them.

This work is integrative by nature. It draws from psychology, nervous system awareness, relational dynamics, and the subtle intelligence that emerges when we listen beneath the surface. There is no fixed script or single modality—because healing is not linear, and people are not formulas.

What matters most is that the space remains attuned.

Who this is for-

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve worked with me before and want to stay connected to the work in a lighter, ongoing way
  • You’ve been curious about my approach but haven’t felt ready for 1:1 work
  • You’re longing for community that feels grounded, emotionally intelligent, and real
  • You want a consistent rhythm of self-honoring presence amid a busy life.

You don’t have to come every month for it to be meaningful. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the recording. But my hope—and my intention—is that this becomes something you plan for. Something you let anchor your month.

Because real change doesn’t happen accidentally. It happens when we make space for it.

The details-

  • Live monthly gathering (90 minutes)
  • Third Wednesday of every month
  • First gathering: February 18

Open to all, wherever you are in the world. Recordings provided if you can’t attend live.

This is a space I will be actively holding—with my presence, my experience, and my full attention. I’m deeply curious about what wants to emerge here, and how this community may grow over time.

If you feel even a quiet pull, I encourage you to listen to that.

I would love to welcome you into this circle.

If you feel drawn to this work and would like to be the first to know when registration is live, I invite you to join the waitlist below. You’ll receive a personal note as soon as the space is ready to welcome people in.

At the Threshold: Endings to Beginnings

What a time of year to celebrate!

We are at a crossroads of endings and beginnings. The winter solstice, the holy days, and the coming new year weave together a profound tapestry of meaning—a rhythm that calls us to pause, to reflect, and to trust in the cycles of life and spirit.

The solstice, the darkest night of the year – which happened in the Northern Hemisphere on December 21st – is not a time of loss but of sacred stillness. It is the exhale before the inhale, a moment when the earth herself takes a breath, holding us in the safety of the darkness so that we might remember our light.

This holy pause invites you to sit with all you’ve carried, all you’ve endured, and to see it not as weight but as wisdom. Every challenge, heartbreak, and triumph has prepared you for this moment—to stand here in the quiet knowing of your magic, your resilience, and your truth.

The holy days are not a call to do more or to be more; they are an invitation to soften, to settle into the essence of who you are, and to honor the beauty of simply being.

A new year doesn’t ask for reinvention or drastic change. Instead, it offers a chance to realign with what matters most. You don’t need to become someone new—you’re already enough.

This transition is an opportunity to reflect and ask: What do I truly want? What makes me feel alive? What steps will bring me closer to the person I’m meant to be?

This sacred time reveals a deeper truth: life moves in cycles, and so do we.

Just as the sun returns after the longest night, you too hold the capacity for renewal. We are part of something greater—a natural flow that reminds us to trust in the promise of light after darkness, of beginnings after endings. An opportunity to reclaim your power and find your place in the ever-turning cycles of life.

This season is not just a time to celebrate, but to remember. To honor the path that brought you here, with all its twists and unknowns. To welcome your deepest desires, your hopes, your dreams, and to let them be a beacon for the year ahead.

Everything you have faced has primed you for this: a season of easeful connection, the ability to trust in your magic, and the recognition of your deepest desires.

May this time hold you softly, reminding you that you are always in perfect harmony with something greater than yourself.

You are part of the turning of the earth, the dance of the stars, and the endless unfolding of life’s mystery.

Calm Your Mind: Release Stress, Gain Clarity

I’ve been reflecting on you lately, as I’ve received so many heartfelt responses from the last blog I posted. Many of you shared that you’re feeling unsteady, uncertain, and overwhelmed by the turbulence of everything happening right now. And I want you to know—I hear you.

I’m feeling the call of the collective, too. We are being pulled in so many directions, and the need for support, connection, and compassion has never been more urgent. Whether it’s the chaos of the world around us or the quiet turmoil inside, it’s clear that many of us are searching for something to anchor us.

We are all craving ways to return to a place of peace, alignment, and clarity. That’s what I want to offer you today—some reflections and tools that can help you turn inward, find your footing, and begin the important work of being held more fully, and healing.

We are living in a time that is calling us to come together—not in spite of our differences, but because of them. No matter our beliefs, backgrounds, or experiences, we are being invited to step into a new way of being, one that requires us to meet each other with greater awareness, compassion, and understanding.

But before we can truly unite with others, we must first learn to unite with ourselves. This means turning inward, becoming aware of the places within us that still need healing, and bringing consciousness to the wounds that shape our reactions, beliefs, and choices.

I personally believe that life is revelatory. And thus, the people and circumstances who appear in your field and trigger you, are simply there to reveal to you where YOU are not yet free.

When you focus on the extraneous circumstances and feel victimized by them in any way, you are missing the point, and the golden opportunity.

You are meant to look inward and ask: ‘What is this struggle revealing to me about myself?’ ‘What part of my ego needs to be held here?’ ‘Who is my true self, and how might I be in opposition to that version of myself because of who I actually am right now?’

The truth is, our suffering is self-induced. And we collaborate with that shadow material fully. It’s when we can accept and embrace our unconscious participation in our struggle that we can truly find the path to our greatest liberation and live the life we desire.

Bringing consciousness to our wounds does not mean judging ourselves for them. It means illuminating them with presence and curiosity, recognizing how they influence us, and choosing to tend to them with care rather than allowing them to run our lives in the shadows.

True healing is not about bypassing pain—it is about meeting it fully, offering it light, and integrating the wisdom it holds. And as we do this work within ourselves, we naturally contribute to the healing of the world.

Many are feeling lost and disoriented right now. There is a tornado of unsettling material occurring at a swift pace and it’s easy to be swept up in it.

But I believe that the only way to find our footing and move forward in a positive trajectory is to first turn inward.

Identify with honesty where you are misidentified with your true Self. This requires the ability to self-reflect and witness yourself objectively. Often this requires a safe container, an objective but loving witness to help us see ourselves more clearly.

Commit to yourself to seek this out and to preview yourself like never before. Pursue the truth and welcome it with the intent to know yourself deeply, intimately and with wild abandon and radical acceptance.

When we bring light into ourselves—when we cultivate clarity, stillness, and intentionality—we are better able to pour that light into the world.

One of the most powerful ways to begin is by noticing the difference between reacting and responding—how we move from our past default patterns to conscious choices.

If you are seeking support or guidance as you navigate these times, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You are not alone in this journey.

There is nothing I love more than meeting intimately with you and your soul, and helping to illuminate to you all that you cannot yet see, so that you may be the most enlightened version of yourself.

This is your birthright, and your truest purpose. Everything else will make more sense after that!

The Medicine of Darkness: Honoring the Cycles Within

As we transition into the Fall season, the shifting energies around us reflect a deeper truth that we, too, experience within. Just as nature moves from vibrant summer blooms into the quietude and rest of autumn, we are invited to honor the balance between light and dark within ourselves.

It’s easy to resist change, to fear the unknown, and to cling to what we think we can control. But this resistance often leads to suffering, keeping us in survival mode and preventing us from embracing the flow of life.

In Fall, we are reminded of the cycle of death and rebirth. The leaves fall, creating space for new growth. Similarly, within us, there is a need to surrender to the darkness, the uncharted places we may fear, and allow them to be the fertile ground for new possibilities.

When we release our grip and trust the process of life, we create the conditions for profound healing and growth.

Darkness is not something to be feared but embraced. Life itself begins in the rich soil beneath the surface, where roots grow strong, before blossoming into the light.

Just like nature, we, too, need the dark to nourish us. It’s in the descent into our shadow—those parts of ourselves we’ve rejected or disowned—that true healing begins.

This is the medicine of darkness: integration, acceptance, and ultimately, growth toward the light.

In psycho-spiritual healing, we honor the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. The true magic happens when we explore the deeper parts of ourselves, not just in the intellect but in the heart and body.

Multidimensional healing, whether through therapy, bodywork, or spiritual practices, supports this process, aligning us with our innate wholeness. Those parts of you that have felt unworthy or unloved are waiting to be embraced, so they can return to their rightful place in your whole being.

This is the journey to clarity, peace, and the freedom to create the life you desire.

Through conscious awareness, we see that we are not our thoughts. The beliefs and patterns ingrained in us over time do not define who we are at our core. Beneath these layers is your true self—pure, innocent, and whole.

Fall invites us to release these old patterns, much like trees shedding their leaves, so that we may create space for a more aligned, joyful life.

This season, I invite you to explore these parts of yourself with gentleness and curiosity. As you shed the old and embrace the new, allow yourself to be supported in this process of transformation.

You Are Safe to Heal: A Journey Through Self-Compassion and Inner Light

Healing often feels like you’re waking up from a dream. It doesn’t require you to forget about or try to erase the past, rather it requires you to integrate it.

Remember, life is our teacher. No matter what you are experiencing, healing is always available to you.

Does it happen quickly? No.

Is it easy? Absolutely not.

But instead of punishing yourself for not being further along, I invite you to hold on to the belief that you are, for now, right where you need to be.

Please don’t punish yourself for the ways you acted out your pain when you were merely trying to survive.

One of the biggest blocks along the path of healing is unpacking the guilt and shame we’ve carried with us for the ways we let ourselves or others down.

Not only do we lose trust in others at the imprint of trauma or betrayal, but we can also lose trust in ourselves.

When we are feeling abandoned, afraid, alone, untrusting or angry it is our shadow that can take hold. It doesn’t make you wrong or bad. Forgive yourself for feeling these ways and give yourself permission to heal and claim the light inside of you.

As you commune with deeper layers of grief, you are being taught to show up more compassionately towards yourself and others.

Healing takes time and courage. It takes forgiveness and love…for others and Self. You are not meant to carry your old stories of darkness and trauma to your deathbed.

Every moment is an opportunity to shed generations of familial and ancestral trauma.

Judging yourself only slows the process, keeps you blocked, holds you hostage to your own pain.

Tend to your shadows. Hold your inner-child with love, tenderness and acceptance.

Honor the walls you’ve had to build. They were there to protect you and keep you safe.

You are safe to feel what you feel now.

Trust your heart. The light in you has always been there and will never lead you astray.

Let a new story birth itself from all you have learned and overcome to be here now. Whatever you had to go through to come to this place of awakening was a divinely orchestrated gift.

And above all else, always remember…you are so deeply loved. So deeply loved.

Tender Rebirth: Trusting the Path of Love

In our darkest hour, it might feel impossible to believe that something good could come of our pain.

In our moments of deep despair, we might see the world as an unsafe place for the tenderness of our hearts, and the ferocity of our love to be seen and held.

But my darling, life is not trying to break you down, it is trying to break you free.

If it’s true that we are all here to learn to love and to live fully, then it is also true that everything you experience is a doorway.

You are safe to enter.

It may feel like a very long journey, but if you keep your heart and eyes open you will see and feel the glimmers of hope along the way. Each smile from a stranger, each sunrise and sunset is there to help remind you of the simple blessings, guiding you back to love.

There is hope when you let the rain kiss your skin, or the birds sing their songs just for you.

There is hope, when the ocean crashes on the shores and you let the earth cleanse you of your sorrows.

When you let yourself be held by the very foundation in which you rest.

When you remember that you were never abandoned because love is all that you are.

Never forget the power of your intention, and the strength in your courage to forge a new path. To emerge from your cocoon as a butterfly, no matter how long it takes you to find your wings.

The tragedies and losses and heartbreaks you endure are not a punishment from God, or a sign that you are somehow broken or unworthy, or just not cut out to have what you want.

We all suffer, and we all come face to face with death – of dreams, of potential futures never birthed into being, of loved ones, of parts of ourselves we had to leave behind, of parts we’re still reclaiming.

This life is fleeting and in the end, all that matters is that you did what you came here to do – love. So please don’t close your heart for good, you are too precious to hide away forever.

Take your time, be with whatever it is you need to feel through, and when you are ready…come home.

Healing in Stillness: Allowing the Shift

Healing quietly unfolds within us.

We undergo the process of breaking down our walls, not to suffer, but to expand. As we journey into the depths of our darkest parts, we allow our connection with the world to deepen, and our capacity to love expands naturally.

But sometimes we put too much effort in trying to “figure it all out.” We can get so caught up in deciphering our patterns and behaviors, confronting our past conditioning, and healing our wounds, we forget the pure simplicity of being grounded in the moment and just breathing. Just being.

Because through it all, healing is still happening. It’s subtle.

It manifests in the grace we offer ourselves, the absence of comparison, and the surrendering to the process.

Cracking open is about feeling more, holding more, and loving more deeply.

So, if life feels hard it’s because it is hard. But I want you to know that you are doing a wonderful job navigating through these challenging times.

Trust that you are in perfect, divine time and everything is unfolding exactly as it should, for your good and for the good of all.

Every experience, both good and bad, are all opportunities to reclaim our power and sovereignty. They are opportunities to transition from feeling like a victim to becoming liberated and free!

Our soul’s blueprint serves as a roadmap guiding us toward our essence, our power, and our unique code.

My role is to assist you in returning to that sacred space within yourself where the keys to your liberation are held.

Honoring Your Rhythm: A Journey of Self-Love and Healing

The tension we have been experiencing in the collective continues to bring forth aspects of our being that seek acknowledgement. Be tender with yourself.

As we navigate through the integration of old patterns and fragmented parts, we must carve out space to nurture and care for these parts of ourselves.

Through witnessing the collision of the old and new paradigms, a myriad of emotions may arise—be it anxiety, fear, excitement, or anticipation. Each has its rightful place and pace in our internal landscape.

It’s important to move through this process with compassion, and a deep understanding that the discomfort is all part of the sacred journey.

In my own personal journey of healing from trauma, I’ve learned to honor my own rhythm and space. By tuning out external distractions and attuning to my inner compass, I’ve embraced my unique timeline, recognizing that my processes evolves alongside the phases of my beingness.

Wherever you find yourself in this moment, honor it fully. Consider how you can build healthy boundaries to protect your peace. Remember, this state is not permanent, there’s wisdom in all of it.

Healing always leads us to confront our pain points and core wounds. These vulnerable parts of ourselves are exposed, seeking acknowledgment and love.

This is the medicine.

It’s important to pay attention to what we instinctively reach for outside of ourselves in moments of discomfort. We may seek external validation or attention to fill the voids left by early childhood experiences, but these temporary fixes ultimately dissolve, leaving us feeling abandoned once again.

The true healing of these wounds can only come from within, through self-love, acceptance, and presence. When we attempt to heal our core wounds with the salve of another person’s validation, we only perpetuate the cycle of pain.

Instead of seeking external validation, redirect your love and attention inward, towards the source of your pain.

By re-parenting these vulnerable parts of ourselves, we unlock a sense of liberation and fulfillment that we’ve always yearned for. It’s through this process that we find alignment, reclaim our power, and gain clarity on our journey of healing and transformation.

If you feel called to be held in a sacred container and walked through your journey with a guide, it would be my honor to help you find your way.

Navigating the Storms of Change

In the whirlwind of life’s transitions, we continue to find ourselves standing at the threshold of change, where our foundations are being tested and transformed. How is your nervous system doing?

As we navigate crossing these thresholds and periods of rapid upleveling, it’s important that we also recognize the opportunities they present. We can either resist the change or choose to deepen our faith and simply observe how the old paradigms are dying off and being replaced with the new.

But these changes can feel chaotic and ungrounded. Resist the urge to cling to the familiar – old patterns, beliefs, or relationships. Our survival systems are being activated. It’s normal for you to feel flooded with uncertainty around what the world will look like once the storm settles.

Remember, there’s always a choice. You can deepen into faith, nurture the parts that feel overwhelmed, and unapologetically mother yourself through the process.

The source of your safety comes from within.

With the world undergoing significant transformations, the pressure continues to build. Whatever has unfolded in the past weeks, months, or years has been in service to our evolution.

Push against the walls of comfort and familiarity, for it is when we release this resistance that growth and expansion occur. Get intimate with your limits and thresholds so you may learn to build the capacity and strength needed to navigate the chaos of the world.

This is a good time to find something – even something small – to anchor into. It could be a daily meditation practice or personal ritual, a quiet walk in nature, or a comforting chat with a good friend. Go back to basics, focusing on the small things you can control.

These are the building blocks of a strong, secure safety system.

It would be my honor to guide you through integration, creating a deeply transformative container to explore the parts holding you in unhealthy patterns and behaviors.

Finding Strength and Peace in the Present Moment

Goodness, the world is asking a lot of us.  How are you doing through it all?

If you are feeling activated or triggered by global events or by the noise and chaos of the holiday season you are not alone.

Can you take a moment to pause, to sit in stillness and find your breath?  Can you feel the life force in your body, the frequency of love vibrating through every cell of your being?

Love is the most powerful force on this planet.

Much of what we are seeing in the news and media is activating a trauma response in many people, keeping us stuck in a dysregulated nervous system. Survival.

Now is the time to reach for the ever present light within you.

We are far greater, stronger, more powerful when we’re united by the golden thread that connects us all. Love. Light. Consciousness.

The world is delivering some heavy lessons. This is why we must take the time to anchor into our center and surrender.

Our center point is where we remember that we’re both human and divine, that we’re okay, that we’re safe, that we’re alive, breathing.

Our center point is where we remember that we’re not alone, that we’re a part of a whole, the one. Where we drop into our humanity, and our divinity at the same time.

When we’re disconnected from our center, we’re forced to function and project from the past and future.  From old stories and past conditioning rather than the present moment.

Our center brings us home, allows us to melt into the present, and reminds us of our sovereignty.

This is where the alchemy lies.  In this exact moment. From the center point of our hearts. Where we are safe to be both human and divine.

Hold and nurture this knowing.

It’s all within, at your center, in your heart.
