Healing has always come naturally to me, but during this time I was often tangled in the ‘shadow’ aspect of rescuing others. I was the wounded healer. The pervasive shadow side of my helping nature revealed itself when someone close to me suffered and struggled – a fragmentation of Self. As a result, my unconscious reaction was to consume myself with “rescuing” their fragmented parts. Because unconsciously my identity was wrapped into them being who I needed them to be for me. In doing so, I lost these sacred parts of myself, as well as someone I truly loved.
During this period of loss, I had abandoned myself and was in need of soul guidance. And so, I devoted myself deeply to years of profound inner healing work.
After immersing myself in my own therapy and healing, I became aware of myself and my relational patterns. The key was understanding my unconscious patterns and how incongruent I had become to my own values, and therefore to my true Self. The solution instead was to consciously create my aligned Self, living in accordance with my highest values – my wholeness.
Inside that healing container and rediscovery of Self, I told my beautiful healer of my desire to help others create healing through their own traumas.
I will never forget her loving response. She simply said, “I’ve just been waiting for you to say that.”
Now I had the code to healing and transformation: conscious awareness paired with the conscious right action. Transformation was initiated. The path towards radical progress and growth was illuminated. I identified the equation to heal myself and others.
My process applied in therapeutic communion is unique in contrast to the limited clinical industry standards. Experiences you may have encountered in traditional psychotherapy may be limited by the practitioners operating from specific learned modalities, teachings, belief in diagnoses, disorders and the treatment of thoughts and emotions of a person or a system.
How I approach the therapeutic union is holistic, considering the whole of a person: the bio-psycho-social-spiritual and beyond. How I do this is blending two frameworks. The foundation of which is in psychology and clinical training, which outlines human patterns and behaviors. Second of which is my orientation to the world and my intuitive ability to attune and presence patterns of coherence and disorganization.
Inherently all human beings have unique lives and energy systems. My ability to identify incongruence in a person’s thoughts and behaviors provides presence and attunement to your unique energy blueprint and dynamic soul.
It is within the paradigm of multi-dimensional healing and a layered approach that one can find the antidote to their suffering. Guidance to their true soul’s path is always unconditionally loving and reflects the highest truth.
I believe that bridging the worlds of science and spirituality for human behavior and consciousness while holding the vision for transformation and expansion, leads to a soulful Divine intelligence. This creates pathway to one’s own enlightenment.
Through my holistic and clinical interdisciplinary approach, I work to guide clients towards cultivating a deep connection with their sacred inner wisdom so they may lead an awakened, meaningful life.
With over a decade of clinical practice, I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, a Master Certified Coach and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Beyond that, my intuition and healing abilities allow me to feel people’s unique energy and adapt tools and techniques based on the precise needs of each soul.
