A Sweet Invitation: Join My Monthly Community Gathering

For a long time now, something within me has been making itself known. A sense that the work wants to move beyond the individual container—without losing its depth. A knowing that healing, at this stage, asks not only for insight, but for relationship.

A call to gather.

I’m writing today to share a new offering that has been asking to be born for quite some time: a monthly community space devoted to healing, integration, and conscious connection.

Why I’ve created this space-

So many people who are drawn to this work find themselves in an in-between place. You’re no longer who you were. But you’re not fully who you’re becoming.

Old identities, relationships, and ways of orienting to life don’t quite fit anymore. And yet the next layer hasn’t fully revealed itself. This can feel isolating—even when you’re doing “all the right things.”

This monthly gathering is designed to meet that threshold.

It’s a place to come together with others who are invested in healing—

not as a self-improvement project, but as a relational process.

A space where you don’t have to explain the language you speak inside.

A space where depth, curiosity, and inner honesty are welcomed.

What happens in the gathering-

Each month, we meet live for 90 minutes in a held, intentional circle.

We begin by anchoring the space—settling the nervous system, orienting toward presence, and naming intention. From there, the gathering unfolds organically.

There may be teaching.

There may be reflection or guidance.

There may be moments of being witnessed—or witnessing someone else and receiving exactly what you needed through them.

This work is integrative by nature. It draws from psychology, nervous system awareness, relational dynamics, and the subtle intelligence that emerges when we listen beneath the surface. There is no fixed script or single modality—because healing is not linear, and people are not formulas.

What matters most is that the space remains attuned.

Who this is for-

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve worked with me before and want to stay connected to the work in a lighter, ongoing way
  • You’ve been curious about my approach but haven’t felt ready for 1:1 work
  • You’re longing for community that feels grounded, emotionally intelligent, and real
  • You want a consistent rhythm of self-honoring presence amid a busy life.

You don’t have to come every month for it to be meaningful. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the recording. But my hope—and my intention—is that this becomes something you plan for. Something you let anchor your month.

Because real change doesn’t happen accidentally. It happens when we make space for it.

The details-

  • Live monthly gathering (90 minutes)
  • Third Wednesday of every month
  • First gathering: February 18

Open to all, wherever you are in the world. Recordings provided if you can’t attend live.

This is a space I will be actively holding—with my presence, my experience, and my full attention. I’m deeply curious about what wants to emerge here, and how this community may grow over time.

If you feel even a quiet pull, I encourage you to listen to that.

I would love to welcome you into this circle.

If you feel drawn to this work and would like to be the first to know when registration is live, I invite you to join the waitlist below. You’ll receive a personal note as soon as the space is ready to welcome people in.

Healing in Stillness: Allowing the Shift

Healing quietly unfolds within us.

We undergo the process of breaking down our walls, not to suffer, but to expand. As we journey into the depths of our darkest parts, we allow our connection with the world to deepen, and our capacity to love expands naturally.

But sometimes we put too much effort in trying to “figure it all out.” We can get so caught up in deciphering our patterns and behaviors, confronting our past conditioning, and healing our wounds, we forget the pure simplicity of being grounded in the moment and just breathing. Just being.

Because through it all, healing is still happening. It’s subtle.

It manifests in the grace we offer ourselves, the absence of comparison, and the surrendering to the process.

Cracking open is about feeling more, holding more, and loving more deeply.

So, if life feels hard it’s because it is hard. But I want you to know that you are doing a wonderful job navigating through these challenging times.

Trust that you are in perfect, divine time and everything is unfolding exactly as it should, for your good and for the good of all.

Every experience, both good and bad, are all opportunities to reclaim our power and sovereignty. They are opportunities to transition from feeling like a victim to becoming liberated and free!

Our soul’s blueprint serves as a roadmap guiding us toward our essence, our power, and our unique code.

My role is to assist you in returning to that sacred space within yourself where the keys to your liberation are held.

Honoring Your Rhythm: A Journey of Self-Love and Healing

The tension we have been experiencing in the collective continues to bring forth aspects of our being that seek acknowledgement. Be tender with yourself.

As we navigate through the integration of old patterns and fragmented parts, we must carve out space to nurture and care for these parts of ourselves.

Through witnessing the collision of the old and new paradigms, a myriad of emotions may arise—be it anxiety, fear, excitement, or anticipation. Each has its rightful place and pace in our internal landscape.

It’s important to move through this process with compassion, and a deep understanding that the discomfort is all part of the sacred journey.

In my own personal journey of healing from trauma, I’ve learned to honor my own rhythm and space. By tuning out external distractions and attuning to my inner compass, I’ve embraced my unique timeline, recognizing that my processes evolves alongside the phases of my beingness.

Wherever you find yourself in this moment, honor it fully. Consider how you can build healthy boundaries to protect your peace. Remember, this state is not permanent, there’s wisdom in all of it.

Healing always leads us to confront our pain points and core wounds. These vulnerable parts of ourselves are exposed, seeking acknowledgment and love.

This is the medicine.

It’s important to pay attention to what we instinctively reach for outside of ourselves in moments of discomfort. We may seek external validation or attention to fill the voids left by early childhood experiences, but these temporary fixes ultimately dissolve, leaving us feeling abandoned once again.

The true healing of these wounds can only come from within, through self-love, acceptance, and presence. When we attempt to heal our core wounds with the salve of another person’s validation, we only perpetuate the cycle of pain.

Instead of seeking external validation, redirect your love and attention inward, towards the source of your pain.

By re-parenting these vulnerable parts of ourselves, we unlock a sense of liberation and fulfillment that we’ve always yearned for. It’s through this process that we find alignment, reclaim our power, and gain clarity on our journey of healing and transformation.

If you feel called to be held in a sacred container and walked through your journey with a guide, it would be my honor to help you find your way.

From Suffering to Strength: The Transformative Power of Pain

As we walk the human journey, we will each experience a variety of challenging cycles within our lives. These cycles are divinely timed as part of our unique experience.

The truth is that pain is an inevitable part of being human. However, our suffering is optional. We have a choice regarding our relationship to pain, and whether or not we suffer because of this pain.

These experiences are deeply spiritual and have been a part of the human journey throughout time.  Painful experiences and circumstances are an opportunity to discover the unknown resources of power within each of us.

Amongst my deepest ethos and practice orientation remains true:

A problem is never the true problem, what matters most is how we orient ourselves around that problem.

An empowering awareness is, we can’t avoid pain. We can avoid suffering.

At its most extreme, the conditions of these cycles are brought to surface through unforeseen life events such as trauma, illness, accidents, death, divorce, financial loss, or any other past or present life circumstance.

Many of us do not even recognize what is occurring, as it is hidden within the pain and chaos of ordinary life.

But we are all here to live our purpose.  Which means, if we are to bring our unique gift or medicine to the world, we must go through the experience of wounding, death and rebirth, and conscious post-traumatic growth before we can live in the fullness of our truth.

Our challenges are the lessons that lead to our own personal power where wisdom can emerge.

In psychology, this has been studied and is known as

‘POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH’.

This phenomena says that when we experience trauma of any kind, we have the opportunity to be reset in the aftermath of the trauma, which is always a mindset choice.

The viable opportunity exists to have an even more meaningful life after the trauma when we choose to lean into the growth opportunity from the pain or loss.

Simply put, experiences open us to greater wisdom when accompanied with the conscious right action.

This has everything to do with our consciousness and choosing to align with what truly matters to us, which we often only discover after the trauma occurs.

Clarity, trust, self-love and self-worth, and discernment of what is ours to transform and what is not ours to carry forward are the qualities we must cultivate in order to support the growth of wisdom in our lives so that we may walk our path of purpose and fulfillment.

It is taking what we have experienced and learned, and transforming our lives to co-create with this new understanding and meaning for ourselves, and for the world around us through our purpose and meaning.

Exploring the wounded parts of ourselves is how we open to the ultimate possibility that is our life.

Awakening our consciousness and leaning into the pain opens the door to a truly unimaginable possibility.

Living a deeply awakened life is so magnificent and so far beyond most of what we see in the world that even when we experience it for ourselves, we often find it hard to accept that life could be this extraordinary.

But for us to make room in ourselves for the miraculous to take root, we must uncover, and ultimately restructure the belief in a life of limitation and examine our relationship with pain and suffering.

This deeply rooted and often unconscious limitation subtly holds us back from taking the steps of trust required to truly experience our own personal freedom and create a life we love living.

Speaking from personal experience, I know how grateful I am for the traumas in my life.

Although the pain I have experienced personally felt excruciating and unrelenting at times, I would not have become the person I am, fulfilled by the work that I do, and conscious of my authentic Self if it were not for these experiences.

I chose to lean into my post-trauma growth. I sought out healing, I turned inward, I explored my pain and relationship to suffering, I grew a relationship with my subconscious patterns. I became conscious of what I was meant to learn from the pain and who I could become because of it.

My orientation to trauma was to witness the growing edge that was available to me through its discovery and unfolding. In doing so, I vaporized my suffering and became empowered by my pain.

This was my awakening process and the pathway to my highest self.

You can awaken too. It’s never too late to change your relationship with suffering and trauma.

An awakening is not just a glimpse into the future — it’s an awareness of what is already true within you, here and now. What is aching to be birthed through you from your divine blueprint.

This is who you were born to be. It’s your true power, your essence, your genius, and the source of your prosperity and happiness.

When you are cut off from the truth of your essence, you don’t just fail to fulfill your true potential, you experience a disconnection from this divine pattern in you.

That’s why the many attempts people make to solve “the problem/ sickness/ suffering” don’t work — because they are symptoms, not the root cause.

When we rediscover our truth and begin to align with and activate the latent power within us, our suffering dissolves.

This is when miracles can happen.

Are you ready to experience miracles and live out your true purpose?

Are you ready to have trust and faith that no matter what challenges and pain arrive in your life, you are equipped to consciously traverse them and be stronger for it?

I invite you to explore the possibilities with me as your guide.

Anchoring in Love: Finding Your Center Amidst Chaos

Goodness, the world is asking a lot of us.  How are you doing through it all?

If you are feeling activated or triggered by global events or by the noise and chaos surrounding us, you are not alone.

Can you take a moment to pause, to sit in stillness and find your breath?  Can you feel the life force in your body, the frequency of love vibrating through every cell of your being?

Love is the most powerful force on this planet.

Much of what we are seeing in the news and media is activating a trauma response in many people, keeping us stuck in a dysregulated nervous system. Survival.

Now is the time to reach for the ever-present light within you.

We are far greater, stronger, more powerful when we’re united by the golden thread that connects us all. Love. Light. Consciousness.

The world is delivering some heavy lessons. This is why we must take the time to anchor into our center and surrender.

Our center point is where we remember that we’re both human and divine, that we’re okay, that we’re safe, that we’re alive, breathing.

Our center point is where we remember that we’re not alone, that we’re a part of a whole, the one. Where we drop into our humanity, and our divinity at the same time.

When we’re disconnected from our center, we’re forced to function and project from the past and future.  From old stories and past conditioning rather than the present moment.

Our center brings us home, allows us to melt into the present, and reminds us of our sovereignty.

This is where the alchemy lies.  In this exact moment. From the center point of our hearts. Where we are safe to be both human and divine.

Hold and nurture this knowing.

It’s all within, at your center, in your heart.

When Trauma Leads to Transformation

Exploring the profound truth that while pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. Learning to lean into growth transforms trauma into wisdom through conscious action.

Integrating the Shadow

We are not meant to stay wounded. We are supposed to move through our tragedies and challenges and to help each other move through the many painful episodes of our lives. By remaining stuck in the power of our wounds, we block our own transformation. We overlook the greater gifts inherent in our wounds – the strength to overcome them and the lessons that we are meant to receive through them. Wounds are the means through which we enter the hearts of other people. They are meant to teach us to become compassionate and wise.
-Carolyn Myss

When our minds dominate so much of our lives, we tend to feel internally fragmented.

The nature of the mind is to seek understanding and safety.

Splitting life into good/ bad and right/ wrong is a very natural process because it helps us to survive. But splitting life into polarities also creates tremendous suffering within us.

Why?

Because we grow up learning that some parts of us are “good” while other parts of us are “bad.” We then attach to the “good” parts of ourselves and repress or deny the “bad” parts of ourselves.

When we start to perceive ourselves in a fragmented way, we feel flawed, lacking, and incomplete. We start to feel insecure, anxious, lonely, depressed, and in some extreme cases suicidal.

Our true essence has been diluted. ⠀⠀

We greatly crave to love and embrace ourselves, but how can we fully accept who we are when we hate some parts of ourselves and love other parts?

When we integrate, we unite different parts of ourselves that may have been missing.

It is in this process we can begin the journey toward true healing.

In order to repair, heal, and grow on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level, it’s important to visit the darker parts of ourselves, often called our Shadow.

The Shadow isn’t just the wounded part of us, but it is also the path towards a more authentic and fulfilling life, a path to becoming whole again.

It may feel frightening at first, but it’s the most important step if you want to experience deep, lasting healing.

But you don’t have to do it alone.

I can offer loving guidance as you peel back the layers to all parts of yourself so you may reconnect to the truth of who you are.

When the timing feels divine, please know that I am always here for you.

The Liminal Space

What has the new year birthed for you as you now settle into February?

It is my belief that whatever is most alive for you in the present moment, and the surrounding energy, internally or externally, has value to offer.

Activations hold wisdom to share about how you orient yourself to an obstacle. Do you re-enforce the pattern, or do you evolve beyond it?

In the Northern Hemisphere, we are in the midst of winter, and on the surface nature appears to be dormant and depleted of life.

Yet, it is not. Much is happening here.

Snow has just fallen, branches are naked, and the adjacent mountains blanketed in white. The water has frozen into ice.

Everything feels cold, slow, quiet and still. Yet, I am acutely aware of the ephemeralness of life.

My internal landscape echoes this sentiment as I have blocked time away from clients, family, friends, partnership, electronics, social media, rushing, giving, and doing – to just be inside the holy chamber of my heart. To live presently and completely inside my body and the ways it’s asking to be nurtured and where it is ready to grow next.

A conscious pause.

Are you experiencing a hibernation like this?

Under the ground, the energy of the nature of earth is stirring, and a sweet life force is awakening…

By acknowledging this transition, we are consciously honoring the space between the seasons, the liminal space. The subtle energy of life. The fertile void between worlds.

In this way, we may honor the experiences within our own lives and timelines – the in-between spaces of life and the multiple dimensions of our being.

It’s normal to feel an emptiness or loneliness, because what once was, is now gone, and what will be, has yet to fully manifest or arrive.

I am noticing the polarization between worlds. I am allowing myself to linger in this subtle energy separate from the past, and the future. Fully present with what is.

There’s a profound power that lives in ‘the space between’.  It’s the subliminal void when what was has ended, and what follows next hasn’t yet begun.

I am aware of the anticipation stirring.

This is a sacred pause essential for growth. In the liminal space, infinite possibilities exist, but none have been chosen or experienced.

In order to make room within ourselves for the miraculous to take root, we must linger in this void of cosmic consciousness.

Welcome the sacred pause.

Surrender our known life of limitations, fear and control.

My hope for you is to embrace this time of hibernation trusting that alchemy happens here. Your spirit grows and evolves inside the container of this inward dimension of stillness and quietude because all has slowed down enough to allow the discomfort to emerge, to fully feel it, and to consciously open to more.

The divine intelligence of nature, the growing energy of the season is supporting you in that powerful work.  Rhythmic harmony.

I chose to consciously harmonize with this liminal space in order to discover more of my true nature and my current highest evolution.

I came here because my heart craves this sacred wisdom.  It is not at peace without embarkation into the void.

When you enter silence and stillness can you truly meet yourself there?
Do you dare linger in the chamber of your heart and truly listen?
Would you be willing to let go of who you are and what you think you believe to become even more?

May you know your worthiness at the deepest level, today and every day, and witness your connection to the greater cycles of life separate from your traditions, rituals, culture, religion, ceremonies, spirituality or faith practices.

It is all just a mirror for you.

From my solitary sojourn of yoga, meditation, basti, and so many Ancient East Indian healing rituals and practices and journeys this week, I have found you lingering in my heart still, and I simply wanted to welcome you into your own reflective container, whatever that is for you.

Welcome newness, welcome the unknown.

It is my experience and belief that ALL MIRACLES exist in this holy landscape.

My sincere wish is that you illuminate and greet the miracles meant for you.

Holy Spirit,

giving life to all life, moving all creatures,

root of all things,

washing them clean,

wiping out their mistakes,

healing their wounds,

you are our true life,

luminous, wonderful,

awakening the heart

from its ancient sleep.

The Sacred Journey of Becoming

I believe that we each enter this life with a very specific blueprint to fulfill in this timeline as a spark of the Divine.

Are you aware of your blueprint design? It’s the meaning of your life here: your purpose, your pathway, your karma, your contracts, your connections, and your enlightenment.

When we are able to truly perceive our self, our longings and deepest desires through the eyes of a Divine Intelligence, we are able to see more clearly our unique pathway and discern the essential steps, resources and guidance needed to proceed on our personal journey toward fulfillment.

The ability to self-witness and thereby access our own personal power helps us to play a bigger role in the healing of ourselves, our loved ones and to contribute to the Collective Consciousness.

When we learn to shift at the subconscious level, transmuting imprints from the past, our external world begins to look different and opportunities arise which were invisible to us before.
Opportunity unfolds.
The invisible made transparent. We can see ourselves, and the world around us with Eagle medicine – clear objective sight.

Commitment to the healing of our woundedness opens a gateway to shifts at a deep level.  This is when the fragmented parts within our internal landscape begin to reorganize and provide fresh, luminous perspectives to come into focus within our external world. We gain clear insight into ourselves. We commune with the knowing being within.

Life does not happen to us. Rather, life happens through us. This is one of the universal laws to befriend.

The end of suffering depends on knowing who we absolutely are.  When our internal reference point is our true Self, we gain the ability to fulfill our highest potential. Trust fully your longings and desires are the guiding posts. Follow them wholesomely and wholeheartedly.

Be in the awareness of your becoming.

It is when we are truly embodying our Soul’s desires – (which in truth is in opposition to our impulses) – that life opens to us and we can move more freely in tandem with our Sacred Self.

At your core you are a beautiful enigma. Your essence is full of magic and mystery.  It is fearless, it’s wild, it’s honest, it is free.

The power to change your life comes from within.  All healing and creation starts from understanding the field of energies in and around you which are in the process of transforming your life. This clue will help inform you as to what is trying to emerge from your current life’s situation — and how to engage with that dynamic process optimally.

From a state of Conscious awareness, have faith that the chaotic activity in your outer world will never overshadow the energy field of your true wholeness.

Understandably, it takes a lot of courage to begin this sacred journey, but when you are devoted to your true path, alignment is your promised reward. The holy grail to behold.

I too am devoted to your healing.

It is through intuitive guidance that I am able to offer your magnificent unfolding, to help you understand your unique pathway to healing and to reveal the wise truth that exists within which is yearning to be revealed.

When you organize your inner world, you can trust your outer world will reflect a brilliant coherence back to you as a meaningful hologram of radiant love.

Happy New Year sweet friend!

The Gregorian calendar dictates there is a cycle of new beginnings in January, with the new year.

I don’t know about you, but I am feeling the revitalization of energy unfolding after an intense holiday season.

In my family, we celebrate Christmas. And candidly, I adore this time of year, the spirit of connection, celebration of tradition and festivity feels warm and nostalgic for me.

Showing up in love and support, no matter the circumstances. Come what may.

This experience, and orientation to life provides tremendous comfort for me. I’ve been fortunate to both give and receive from this virtue and benefit from healing power generated through living in this way.

We can’t control what happens in life but we do have power over how we respond.

My heart is whole knowing I am loving, and I am loved. We are the generators of this love – always.

When we traverse the dark and difficult places in life – and in ourselves – sometimes the simplest gesture of loving generosity can help us remember that another experience is possible.

It may come in the form of a loving note from a friend, a rainbow after a storm, a hummingbird visit, an inspired session with a healer, the nudges and cuddles from a furry friend attuning to our emotions, a burst of sunlight through the clouds, a kindness from a stranger in the grocery store, or the words of a poet or author in the book on our nightside table.

Allow yourself to witness the small, sweet miracles that sparkle through the darkness. Allow yourself to be the miracle for another.

How worthy is this time spent.

In this new year, I hope we can all be a light for another and allow others to be a light for us when we need it.

Let’s embrace moments of joy, let’s create laughter, and deeply attune to ourselves and another in supportive kindness.

Let’s observe what is good and soft. Let us offer compassion through our being-ness.

Together, we can make this a beautiful life.
My wishes for you in this coming year are infinite with beauty and wholeness.
May you feel the loving vibration that you are.

And, if I may offer my being as a loving presence to you at any point, it would be my great honor.  Click here to view my list of services or book a free clarity call.
