A Sweet Invitation: Join My Monthly Community Gathering

For a long time now, something within me has been making itself known. A sense that the work wants to move beyond the individual container—without losing its depth. A knowing that healing, at this stage, asks not only for insight, but for relationship.

A call to gather.

I’m writing today to share a new offering that has been asking to be born for quite some time: a monthly community space devoted to healing, integration, and conscious connection.

Why I’ve created this space-

So many people who are drawn to this work find themselves in an in-between place. You’re no longer who you were. But you’re not fully who you’re becoming.

Old identities, relationships, and ways of orienting to life don’t quite fit anymore. And yet the next layer hasn’t fully revealed itself. This can feel isolating—even when you’re doing “all the right things.”

This monthly gathering is designed to meet that threshold.

It’s a place to come together with others who are invested in healing—

not as a self-improvement project, but as a relational process.

A space where you don’t have to explain the language you speak inside.

A space where depth, curiosity, and inner honesty are welcomed.

What happens in the gathering-

Each month, we meet live for 90 minutes in a held, intentional circle.

We begin by anchoring the space—settling the nervous system, orienting toward presence, and naming intention. From there, the gathering unfolds organically.

There may be teaching.

There may be reflection or guidance.

There may be moments of being witnessed—or witnessing someone else and receiving exactly what you needed through them.

This work is integrative by nature. It draws from psychology, nervous system awareness, relational dynamics, and the subtle intelligence that emerges when we listen beneath the surface. There is no fixed script or single modality—because healing is not linear, and people are not formulas.

What matters most is that the space remains attuned.

Who this is for-

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve worked with me before and want to stay connected to the work in a lighter, ongoing way
  • You’ve been curious about my approach but haven’t felt ready for 1:1 work
  • You’re longing for community that feels grounded, emotionally intelligent, and real
  • You want a consistent rhythm of self-honoring presence amid a busy life.

You don’t have to come every month for it to be meaningful. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the recording. But my hope—and my intention—is that this becomes something you plan for. Something you let anchor your month.

Because real change doesn’t happen accidentally. It happens when we make space for it.

The details-

  • Live monthly gathering (90 minutes)
  • Third Wednesday of every month
  • First gathering: February 18

Open to all, wherever you are in the world. Recordings provided if you can’t attend live.

This is a space I will be actively holding—with my presence, my experience, and my full attention. I’m deeply curious about what wants to emerge here, and how this community may grow over time.

If you feel even a quiet pull, I encourage you to listen to that.

I would love to welcome you into this circle.

If you feel drawn to this work and would like to be the first to know when registration is live, I invite you to join the waitlist below. You’ll receive a personal note as soon as the space is ready to welcome people in.

Calm Your Mind: Release Stress, Gain Clarity

I’ve been reflecting on you lately, as I’ve received so many heartfelt responses from the last blog I posted. Many of you shared that you’re feeling unsteady, uncertain, and overwhelmed by the turbulence of everything happening right now. And I want you to know—I hear you.

I’m feeling the call of the collective, too. We are being pulled in so many directions, and the need for support, connection, and compassion has never been more urgent. Whether it’s the chaos of the world around us or the quiet turmoil inside, it’s clear that many of us are searching for something to anchor us.

We are all craving ways to return to a place of peace, alignment, and clarity. That’s what I want to offer you today—some reflections and tools that can help you turn inward, find your footing, and begin the important work of being held more fully, and healing.

We are living in a time that is calling us to come together—not in spite of our differences, but because of them. No matter our beliefs, backgrounds, or experiences, we are being invited to step into a new way of being, one that requires us to meet each other with greater awareness, compassion, and understanding.

But before we can truly unite with others, we must first learn to unite with ourselves. This means turning inward, becoming aware of the places within us that still need healing, and bringing consciousness to the wounds that shape our reactions, beliefs, and choices.

I personally believe that life is revelatory. And thus, the people and circumstances who appear in your field and trigger you, are simply there to reveal to you where YOU are not yet free.

When you focus on the extraneous circumstances and feel victimized by them in any way, you are missing the point, and the golden opportunity.

You are meant to look inward and ask: ‘What is this struggle revealing to me about myself?’ ‘What part of my ego needs to be held here?’ ‘Who is my true self, and how might I be in opposition to that version of myself because of who I actually am right now?’

The truth is, our suffering is self-induced. And we collaborate with that shadow material fully. It’s when we can accept and embrace our unconscious participation in our struggle that we can truly find the path to our greatest liberation and live the life we desire.

Bringing consciousness to our wounds does not mean judging ourselves for them. It means illuminating them with presence and curiosity, recognizing how they influence us, and choosing to tend to them with care rather than allowing them to run our lives in the shadows.

True healing is not about bypassing pain—it is about meeting it fully, offering it light, and integrating the wisdom it holds. And as we do this work within ourselves, we naturally contribute to the healing of the world.

Many are feeling lost and disoriented right now. There is a tornado of unsettling material occurring at a swift pace and it’s easy to be swept up in it.

But I believe that the only way to find our footing and move forward in a positive trajectory is to first turn inward.

Identify with honesty where you are misidentified with your true Self. This requires the ability to self-reflect and witness yourself objectively. Often this requires a safe container, an objective but loving witness to help us see ourselves more clearly.

Commit to yourself to seek this out and to preview yourself like never before. Pursue the truth and welcome it with the intent to know yourself deeply, intimately and with wild abandon and radical acceptance.

When we bring light into ourselves—when we cultivate clarity, stillness, and intentionality—we are better able to pour that light into the world.

One of the most powerful ways to begin is by noticing the difference between reacting and responding—how we move from our past default patterns to conscious choices.

If you are seeking support or guidance as you navigate these times, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You are not alone in this journey.

There is nothing I love more than meeting intimately with you and your soul, and helping to illuminate to you all that you cannot yet see, so that you may be the most enlightened version of yourself.

This is your birthright, and your truest purpose. Everything else will make more sense after that!

You Are Safe to Heal: A Journey Through Self-Compassion and Inner Light

Healing often feels like you’re waking up from a dream. It doesn’t require you to forget about or try to erase the past, rather it requires you to integrate it.

Remember, life is our teacher. No matter what you are experiencing, healing is always available to you.

Does it happen quickly? No.

Is it easy? Absolutely not.

But instead of punishing yourself for not being further along, I invite you to hold on to the belief that you are, for now, right where you need to be.

Please don’t punish yourself for the ways you acted out your pain when you were merely trying to survive.

One of the biggest blocks along the path of healing is unpacking the guilt and shame we’ve carried with us for the ways we let ourselves or others down.

Not only do we lose trust in others at the imprint of trauma or betrayal, but we can also lose trust in ourselves.

When we are feeling abandoned, afraid, alone, untrusting or angry it is our shadow that can take hold. It doesn’t make you wrong or bad. Forgive yourself for feeling these ways and give yourself permission to heal and claim the light inside of you.

As you commune with deeper layers of grief, you are being taught to show up more compassionately towards yourself and others.

Healing takes time and courage. It takes forgiveness and love…for others and Self. You are not meant to carry your old stories of darkness and trauma to your deathbed.

Every moment is an opportunity to shed generations of familial and ancestral trauma.

Judging yourself only slows the process, keeps you blocked, holds you hostage to your own pain.

Tend to your shadows. Hold your inner-child with love, tenderness and acceptance.

Honor the walls you’ve had to build. They were there to protect you and keep you safe.

You are safe to feel what you feel now.

Trust your heart. The light in you has always been there and will never lead you astray.

Let a new story birth itself from all you have learned and overcome to be here now. Whatever you had to go through to come to this place of awakening was a divinely orchestrated gift.

And above all else, always remember…you are so deeply loved. So deeply loved.

How Our Wounds Are A Divine Gift

These are indeed turbulent times.  The world continues to challenge us, our values, our belief in the goodness of humanity.

How are you doing with it all?

I am sensing, collectively, that many of our triggers are being activated and that is not easy on the nervous system.  It’s not easy to be in our world right now. To feel the discomfort as we watch old paradigms and programs crumble in preparation for something better to be rebuilt.

Both externally and internally, we are experiencing the sacred path of transformation for the purpose of transcendence.  The new earth consciousness.

What we’re being asked to remember is that each challenge we face is an opportunity to deepen our faith and trust in ourselves.

But these challenges feel painful as we reckon with our triggers and how the old way of doing things no longer works to keep us feeling safe.

It may have played an important role in our lives at one point, but what once felt like control, now only adds to our suffering.

Journeying through these dark, activating times requires deep soul work.
We’re meant to lose our inner compass in order to find the medicine within our own being to reorient ourselves.
To find our center. Where the light never dies.

We meet our triggers, our wounds, throughout the many different spectrums of life.  It cannot be avoided.

But the more conscious we become, the more aware, the more we witness them, we’re given the opportunity to integrate them more.

Our wounds are a divine gift of our humanity, our great teachers.  They offer us an opportunity to experience the absolute fullness of life on this earthly plane.

If you are feeling activated by the noise and chaos of current world events, I invite you to witness yourself, drop into the sensations you are feeling in your body, and be with it.

This is an invitation to trust the wisdom in your body, to integrate the feelings and allow your heart to soften.

You are here because you matter.  Stay true to your values.  Remember who you are, why you came.

There’s so much uncertainty woven into the fabric of these times.  But your job is simply to remember that it is an invitation into deeper intimacy with our bodies, our faith, our inner knowing.

Can you feel it?

Nurture that space, invite in more love.

Trusting the Sacred Timing in Your Healing Journey

It can feel really frustrating when you’re trying to shift a pattern, release a behavior, forgive a relationship or heal from trauma, and can’t seem to get there.

Despite your best intentions and devoted commitment to doing the work, and doing it in so many different ways – peeling back the onion, walking the spiral – all of it.  The reality is, we must release the timeline of our healing in order for that healing to truly arrive.

When we allow ourselves to let go of the timeline, we’re reminded that there are sometimes many cogs that need to turn, that are not just our own, in order for the true healing to happen.

Sometimes it can be connected to many other people within your system, whether it’s your family system, your relational framework, friendship, social circle, or ancestral line.

And while we can be devoted to doing our own work, there can also be many threads, both seen and unseen, that are interweaving to conspire towards that true state of healing.

This is one of the great mysteries of life, particularly when it comes to ancestral patterns and breaking cycles within a family or within a system. (And by the way, our family of origin patterns are always played out in our romantic partnership frameworks until we Consciously heal).

So, if you’re doing all the work, yet still feeling frustrated with not being able to move through your pain or suffering – remember to trust the timing.  It is all part of the sacred mystery.

A Divine order. A Divine timing. A Conscious collaboration.

Keep inviting yourself to soften into the mystery. Your path is unique.  You’re courageous for being willing to move through your pain and choose your liberation and ultimate enlightenment.

So have faith, and trust that healing is happening every moment of every day. And, rest into the mystery of the timing.

Healing is happening and it will happen.

I’m with you.

When Trauma Leads to Transformation

Exploring the profound truth that while pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. Learning to lean into growth transforms trauma into wisdom through conscious action.

As we walk the human journey, we will each experience a variety of challenging cycles within our lives. These cycles are divinely timed as part of our unique experience.

The truth is that pain is an inevitable part of being human. However, our suffering is optional. We have a choice regarding our relationship to pain, and whether or not we suffer because of this pain.

These experiences are deeply spiritual and have been a part of the human journey throughout time.  Painful experiences and circumstances are an opportunity to discover the unknown resources of power within each of us.

Amongst my deepest ethos and practice orientation remains true:

A problem is never the true problem, what matters most is how we orient ourselves around that problem.

An empowering awareness is, we can’t avoid pain. We can avoid suffering.

At its most extreme, the conditions of these cycles are brought to surface through unforeseen life events such as trauma, illness, accidents, death, divorce, financial loss, or any other past or present life circumstance.

Many of us do not even recognize what is occurring, as it is hidden within the pain and chaos of ordinary life.

But we are all here to live our purpose.  Which means, if we are to bring our unique gift or medicine to the world, we must go through the experience of wounding, death and rebirth, and conscious post-traumatic growth before we can live in the fullness of our truth.

Our challenges are the lessons that lead to our own personal power where wisdom can emerge.

In psychology, this has been studied and is known as ‘POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH’.

This phenomenon says that when we experience trauma of any kind, we have the opportunity to be reset in the aftermath of the trauma, which is always a mindset choice.

The viable opportunity exists to have an even more meaningful life after the trauma when we choose to lean into the growth opportunity from the pain or loss.

Simply put, experiences open us to greater wisdom when accompanied with conscious right action.

This has everything to do with our consciousness and choosing to align with what truly matters to us, which we often only discover after the trauma occurs.

Clarity, trust, self-love and self-worth, and discernment of what is ours to transform, and what is not ours to carry forward are the qualities we must cultivate in order to support the growth of wisdom in our lives so that we may walk our path of purpose and fulfillment.

It is taking what we have experienced and learned and transforming our lives to co-create with this new understanding and meaning for ourselves, and for the world around us through our purpose and meaning.

Exploring the wounded parts of ourselves is how we open to the ultimate possibility that is our life.

Awakening our consciousness and leaning into the pain opens the door to a truly unimaginable possibility.

Living a deeply awakened life is so magnificent and so far beyond most of what we see in the world that even when we experience it for ourselves, we often find it hard to accept that life could be this extraordinary.

But for us to make room in ourselves for the miraculous to take root, we must uncover, and ultimately restructure the belief in a life of limitation and examine our relationship with pain and suffering.

This deeply rooted and often unconscious limitation subtly holds us back from taking the steps of trust required to truly experience our own personal freedom and create a life we love living.

Speaking from personal experience, I know how grateful I am for the traumas in my life.
Although the pain I have experienced personally felt excruciating and unrelenting at times, I would not have become the person I am, fulfilled by the work that I do, and conscious of my authentic Self if it were not for these experiences.
I chose to lean into my post-trauma growth. I sought out healing, I turned inward, I explored my pain and relationship to suffering, I grew a relationship with my subconscious patterns. I became conscious of what I was meant to learn from the pain and who I could become because of it.
My orientation to trauma was to witness the growing edge that was available to me through its discovery and unfolding. In doing so, I vaporized my suffering and became empowered by my pain.
This was my awakening process and the pathway to my highest self.
You can awaken too. It’s never too late to change your relationship with suffering and trauma.

An awakening is not just a glimpse into the future — it’s an awareness of what is already true within you, here and now. What is aching to be birthed through you from your divine blueprint.

This is who you were born to be. It’s your true power, your essence, your genius, and the source of your prosperity and happiness.

When you are cut off from the truth of your essence, you don’t just fail to fulfill your true potential, you experience a disconnection from this divine pattern in you.

That’s why the many attempts’ people make to solve “the problem/ sickness/ suffering” don’t work — because they are symptoms, not the root cause.

When we rediscover our truth and begin to align with and activate the latent power within us, our suffering dissolves.

This is when miracles can happen.

Are you ready to experience miracles and live out your true purpose?

Are you ready to have trust and faith that no matter what challenges and pain arrive in your life, you are equipped to consciously traverse them and be stronger for it?

Alchemize your Inner World

This article delves into the journey of healing from chronic anxiety and stress, emphasizing the importance of a slow and steady approach. It highlights the necessity of commitment and introspection for profound transformation, ultimately leading to states of wholeness, oneness, and enlightenment through connection with the self and higher powers.

When one is chronically experiencing anxiety or stress, it can often be difficult to approach your healing with a ‘slow & steady’ mindset.

But no matter what anyone might say to you, the simple truth is, there’s no quick-fix when it comes to healing.

To have a deep and lasting transformation you must be willing to consciously commit to setting aside time for your healing journey.

Overcoming stress and anxiety is absolutely possible for any true seeker, but it does not happen overnight. It’s important to remember that the deeper and more unconditional your commitment is, the more profound and potent your healing will be.

When you work to alchemize your inner world by changing your inner thoughts, perceptions and beliefs, and connect and feel your dense emotions, the deeper and more meaningful your transformation will be.

It is from our sacred internal center, and relationship with Self we discover harmony, truth, peace, satiety, and love.

It is from this internal center, and nowhere else, we reach blissful states of…

        Wholeness

         Oneness

         Enlightenment

         Consciousness

From this still-point we synchronize the eternalness of our Being with trust – our connection to a Higher Power, our Ancestors, our inner child, our higher Self, our shadow and light.

The connection comes full circle and our orientation to life, and all that is palpable, easy, uplifted.

This connection is always accessible and organic when we settle into our organized energy fields.

This conscious, coherent experience is spacious and filled with everything, and nothing. Magnetic opportunity exists here.

If you struggle to overcome stress and anxiety, please do not hesitate to reach out.  I am here to guide you and to help deepen your healing experience for lasting transformation.

Connecting With Your Soul

We’re living in times of destruction and deconstruction.  Are you feeling it?

It’s in times like this that we feel the urge to hide, to escape from the discomfort of what is happening around us.

But we must not hide away.  We must remember who we are and why we’ve chosen to be here.

I understand, with the deep conditioning we’ve experienced throughout our lifetime, that it can be hard to remember WHO YOU ARE when the world gets heavy and dark.

We’ve all been there, where we’ve felt the spark of light within our soul, took a few steps in that direction, but then got caught up in what the external world told us to do and be.

What I have come to
know and truly believe
is that the more time
you spend connecting
with your soul, the
deeper and more
meaningful your
transformation will be.

The more time you spend listening to its whispers, yearnings, visions, feelings and calls, the easier it will be to trust it.

The more you listen to and trust it, the easier it will be to act on its guidance.

With this discovered coherence, you will quickly find yourself beginning to heal, align and harmonize with the rest of life and the external world becomes less scary.

You will go from relying on our own personal will to being in harmony with the intelligent pulse of the planet, the cosmos, and thus all of life.

The deeper joy springs

from the deepest yearnings

of your soul.

The deeper and more unconditional your commitment to yourSelf, the more potent your healing will be.

As your life continues to unfold, it may feel as though your soul’s memory is sparked, you’ll experience moments of familiarity and the pull toward something that comes from deep within you.

It feels like

excitement, like

butterflies in your

heart.

These little signs are always happening, but they are easy to miss. Our mind doesn’t trust them, thinking that it needs to be much more complicated than simply following what lights us up.

But the alchemy comes when you trust in your wholeness. And though it may not always feel possible, this connection is always accessible.

It is from our sacred internal center, and relationship with Self we discover harmony, truth, peace, satiety, and love

If you struggle to access this connection, please do not hesitate to reach out.  You are not alone.  My work is to provide presence and attunement to your unique energy blueprint and dynamic soul.

Integrating the Shadow

We are not meant to stay wounded. We are supposed to move through our tragedies and challenges and to help each other move through the many painful episodes of our lives. By remaining stuck in the power of our wounds, we block our own transformation. We overlook the greater gifts inherent in our wounds – the strength to overcome them and the lessons that we are meant to receive through them. Wounds are the means through which we enter the hearts of other people. They are meant to teach us to become compassionate and wise.
-Carolyn Myss

When our minds dominate so much of our lives, we tend to feel internally fragmented.

The nature of the mind is to seek understanding and safety.

Splitting life into good/ bad and right/ wrong is a very natural process because it helps us to survive. But splitting life into polarities also creates tremendous suffering within us.

Why?

Because we grow up learning that some parts of us are “good” while other parts of us are “bad.” We then attach to the “good” parts of ourselves and repress or deny the “bad” parts of ourselves.

When we start to perceive ourselves in a fragmented way, we feel flawed, lacking, and incomplete. We start to feel insecure, anxious, lonely, depressed, and in some extreme cases suicidal.

Our true essence has been diluted. ⠀⠀

We greatly crave to love and embrace ourselves, but how can we fully accept who we are when we hate some parts of ourselves and love other parts?

When we integrate, we unite different parts of ourselves that may have been missing.

It is in this process we can begin the journey toward true healing.

In order to repair, heal, and grow on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level, it’s important to visit the darker parts of ourselves, often called our Shadow.

The Shadow isn’t just the wounded part of us, but it is also the path towards a more authentic and fulfilling life, a path to becoming whole again.

It may feel frightening at first, but it’s the most important step if you want to experience deep, lasting healing.

But you don’t have to do it alone.

I can offer loving guidance as you peel back the layers to all parts of yourself so you may reconnect to the truth of who you are.

When the timing feels divine, please know that I am always here for you.

Pathway of the Awakened Life

I wish I could show you when you are

lonely or are in darkness the astonishing light

of your own being.

 -HAFIZ

You are not alone if you are feeling lost, scared, confused and exhausted in the world today.

We have been squeezed and pressed to our breaking points for prolonged periods of time and in so many ways.

The pressure is dense and painful. The trauma is palpable in ourselves, and in one another.

With the collective stress and anxiety we’ve all experienced in one way or another over these past years, it’s no wonder the majority suffer from dis-regulated and overtaxed nervous systems.

I want to acknowledge the pain and suffering you are feeling. It is real and it is valid. And, it is your responsibility and opportunity to heal and transform it.

One of the deep ethos I live by and practice from is – ‘A problem is not the true problem rather, what matters most is how we orient ourselves to the problem.’

Certainly, the circumstances of your pain matters, but what matters more than the details is the process you apply to these trials.

In other words, your life is what you choose to do in response to your challenge, tragedy or upheaval.

These choices define our quality of life and wellbeing and ultimately communicate our energy signature and values to the world around us.

And so our life is.

That’s why I practice from a lens of opportunity and ownership. An eagle’s perspective greets the torment and torture we are in, but ultimately rises beyond the limitation to a higher altitude.

Any real growth is born from the paradigm of our empowered being. To move beyond distress and dis-ease, we need to truly witness the density of emotions and energy which are a natural part of our humanness.

We can then absorb the shift that will come in this allowing and tender self-witnessing. We may come to know that we always possess choice if we turn our gaze inward with clear sight.

Portal of light

The clearest pathway to our personal liberation will illuminate itself if we dare to listen and take conscious action.

Who are you becoming? Does the expression of that align with your deepest desires? Are you operating from lack, fear, anger, impulse, or victimhood?

Our desires are a road map to the deepest longing of our highest selves.

These are our virtues.

It is prudent that you bravely explore your true desires and be willing to endure the longing as you consciously walk toward your true pleasures.

There may be a distance to walk, but this is the pathway of the awakened life.

Notice where you cling to your suffering. Where you actually choose to collude with it and therefore, draw it closer to you.

Accepting what exists inside your reality not only allows you to understand what you are doing, but to see clearly it is not who you are.

You get to choose who you are when you come to understand that life does not happen to you, it happens through you.

This highly conscious work can be confronting and overwhelming.

It is vital to commune with these internal disparate parts in order to walk toward our healing and transformation so that we may be a renewed source of healing and luminary for others.

It’s ok to ask for help. Through invitation and curiosity, you will find the guidance you seek.

If you are going through an initiation and descent currently, (which simply means that you are having a hard time and life is not in flow for you), remember you are being called to a higher space inside yourself.

If you answer the call from your heart-center, I assure you, liberation and rewards await.

Above all else, it is most important for you to remember that no matter your circumstances or hardship, you do not have to navigate through any of it alone.

It’s ok to feel what you feel and it’s ok to not feel ok. This space is in-fact the gateway to the unfolding and becoming.

The way I practice is unique and pulls from both science and spirituality, and it’s not for everyone. That’s ok. This is elevated work which is indeed available to anyone who chooses to walk toward a peaceful, abundant, pleasure filled life.
