A Sweet Invitation: Join My Monthly Community Gathering

For a long time now, something within me has been making itself known. A sense that the work wants to move beyond the individual container—without losing its depth. A knowing that healing, at this stage, asks not only for insight, but for relationship.

A call to gather.

I’m writing today to share a new offering that has been asking to be born for quite some time: a monthly community space devoted to healing, integration, and conscious connection.

Why I’ve created this space-

So many people who are drawn to this work find themselves in an in-between place. You’re no longer who you were. But you’re not fully who you’re becoming.

Old identities, relationships, and ways of orienting to life don’t quite fit anymore. And yet the next layer hasn’t fully revealed itself. This can feel isolating—even when you’re doing “all the right things.”

This monthly gathering is designed to meet that threshold.

It’s a place to come together with others who are invested in healing—

not as a self-improvement project, but as a relational process.

A space where you don’t have to explain the language you speak inside.

A space where depth, curiosity, and inner honesty are welcomed.

What happens in the gathering-

Each month, we meet live for 90 minutes in a held, intentional circle.

We begin by anchoring the space—settling the nervous system, orienting toward presence, and naming intention. From there, the gathering unfolds organically.

There may be teaching.

There may be reflection or guidance.

There may be moments of being witnessed—or witnessing someone else and receiving exactly what you needed through them.

This work is integrative by nature. It draws from psychology, nervous system awareness, relational dynamics, and the subtle intelligence that emerges when we listen beneath the surface. There is no fixed script or single modality—because healing is not linear, and people are not formulas.

What matters most is that the space remains attuned.

Who this is for-

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve worked with me before and want to stay connected to the work in a lighter, ongoing way
  • You’ve been curious about my approach but haven’t felt ready for 1:1 work
  • You’re longing for community that feels grounded, emotionally intelligent, and real
  • You want a consistent rhythm of self-honoring presence amid a busy life.

You don’t have to come every month for it to be meaningful. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the recording. But my hope—and my intention—is that this becomes something you plan for. Something you let anchor your month.

Because real change doesn’t happen accidentally. It happens when we make space for it.

The details-

  • Live monthly gathering (90 minutes)
  • Third Wednesday of every month
  • First gathering: February 18

Open to all, wherever you are in the world. Recordings provided if you can’t attend live.

This is a space I will be actively holding—with my presence, my experience, and my full attention. I’m deeply curious about what wants to emerge here, and how this community may grow over time.

If you feel even a quiet pull, I encourage you to listen to that.

I would love to welcome you into this circle.

If you feel drawn to this work and would like to be the first to know when registration is live, I invite you to join the waitlist below. You’ll receive a personal note as soon as the space is ready to welcome people in.

At the Threshold: Endings to Beginnings

What a time of year to celebrate!

We are at a crossroads of endings and beginnings. The winter solstice, the holy days, and the coming new year weave together a profound tapestry of meaning—a rhythm that calls us to pause, to reflect, and to trust in the cycles of life and spirit.

The solstice, the darkest night of the year – which happened in the Northern Hemisphere on December 21st – is not a time of loss but of sacred stillness. It is the exhale before the inhale, a moment when the earth herself takes a breath, holding us in the safety of the darkness so that we might remember our light.

This holy pause invites you to sit with all you’ve carried, all you’ve endured, and to see it not as weight but as wisdom. Every challenge, heartbreak, and triumph has prepared you for this moment—to stand here in the quiet knowing of your magic, your resilience, and your truth.

The holy days are not a call to do more or to be more; they are an invitation to soften, to settle into the essence of who you are, and to honor the beauty of simply being.

A new year doesn’t ask for reinvention or drastic change. Instead, it offers a chance to realign with what matters most. You don’t need to become someone new—you’re already enough.

This transition is an opportunity to reflect and ask: What do I truly want? What makes me feel alive? What steps will bring me closer to the person I’m meant to be?

This sacred time reveals a deeper truth: life moves in cycles, and so do we.

Just as the sun returns after the longest night, you too hold the capacity for renewal. We are part of something greater—a natural flow that reminds us to trust in the promise of light after darkness, of beginnings after endings. An opportunity to reclaim your power and find your place in the ever-turning cycles of life.

This season is not just a time to celebrate, but to remember. To honor the path that brought you here, with all its twists and unknowns. To welcome your deepest desires, your hopes, your dreams, and to let them be a beacon for the year ahead.

Everything you have faced has primed you for this: a season of easeful connection, the ability to trust in your magic, and the recognition of your deepest desires.

May this time hold you softly, reminding you that you are always in perfect harmony with something greater than yourself.

You are part of the turning of the earth, the dance of the stars, and the endless unfolding of life’s mystery.

Calm Your Mind: Release Stress, Gain Clarity

I’ve been reflecting on you lately, as I’ve received so many heartfelt responses from the last blog I posted. Many of you shared that you’re feeling unsteady, uncertain, and overwhelmed by the turbulence of everything happening right now. And I want you to know—I hear you.

I’m feeling the call of the collective, too. We are being pulled in so many directions, and the need for support, connection, and compassion has never been more urgent. Whether it’s the chaos of the world around us or the quiet turmoil inside, it’s clear that many of us are searching for something to anchor us.

We are all craving ways to return to a place of peace, alignment, and clarity. That’s what I want to offer you today—some reflections and tools that can help you turn inward, find your footing, and begin the important work of being held more fully, and healing.

We are living in a time that is calling us to come together—not in spite of our differences, but because of them. No matter our beliefs, backgrounds, or experiences, we are being invited to step into a new way of being, one that requires us to meet each other with greater awareness, compassion, and understanding.

But before we can truly unite with others, we must first learn to unite with ourselves. This means turning inward, becoming aware of the places within us that still need healing, and bringing consciousness to the wounds that shape our reactions, beliefs, and choices.

I personally believe that life is revelatory. And thus, the people and circumstances who appear in your field and trigger you, are simply there to reveal to you where YOU are not yet free.

When you focus on the extraneous circumstances and feel victimized by them in any way, you are missing the point, and the golden opportunity.

You are meant to look inward and ask: ‘What is this struggle revealing to me about myself?’ ‘What part of my ego needs to be held here?’ ‘Who is my true self, and how might I be in opposition to that version of myself because of who I actually am right now?’

The truth is, our suffering is self-induced. And we collaborate with that shadow material fully. It’s when we can accept and embrace our unconscious participation in our struggle that we can truly find the path to our greatest liberation and live the life we desire.

Bringing consciousness to our wounds does not mean judging ourselves for them. It means illuminating them with presence and curiosity, recognizing how they influence us, and choosing to tend to them with care rather than allowing them to run our lives in the shadows.

True healing is not about bypassing pain—it is about meeting it fully, offering it light, and integrating the wisdom it holds. And as we do this work within ourselves, we naturally contribute to the healing of the world.

Many are feeling lost and disoriented right now. There is a tornado of unsettling material occurring at a swift pace and it’s easy to be swept up in it.

But I believe that the only way to find our footing and move forward in a positive trajectory is to first turn inward.

Identify with honesty where you are misidentified with your true Self. This requires the ability to self-reflect and witness yourself objectively. Often this requires a safe container, an objective but loving witness to help us see ourselves more clearly.

Commit to yourself to seek this out and to preview yourself like never before. Pursue the truth and welcome it with the intent to know yourself deeply, intimately and with wild abandon and radical acceptance.

When we bring light into ourselves—when we cultivate clarity, stillness, and intentionality—we are better able to pour that light into the world.

One of the most powerful ways to begin is by noticing the difference between reacting and responding—how we move from our past default patterns to conscious choices.

If you are seeking support or guidance as you navigate these times, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You are not alone in this journey.

There is nothing I love more than meeting intimately with you and your soul, and helping to illuminate to you all that you cannot yet see, so that you may be the most enlightened version of yourself.

This is your birthright, and your truest purpose. Everything else will make more sense after that!

Beyond the Breakthrough: Integration is the Real Work

Our journey towards healing is not linear but rather a series of ebbs and flows. We take quantum leaps forward, then pull back to integrate our new experiences, preparing ourselves for the next leap. It’s in these moments of pulling back that the most profound transformations occur.

This is where we show our younger, vulnerable parts that we are strong, capable, and committed to change. Through practice, structure, and repetition, we prove our seriousness and dependability to ourselves.

Integrating new patterns takes time. It’s a practice that requires compassion, and commitment.

It requires going into the depths, into the roots of our traumas and patterns and create an environment where healing and transformation can fully take hold. Every part of our being must be included in this practice, or we risk defaulting back to old ways.

There are many modalities and tools available to help rewire the brain and body, healing the fragmented spaces within us. Yet, it always comes back to practice.

Consistently choosing the heart over the wound, responding from our adult parts while nurturing our younger selves, and bringing loving honesty to our shadows allows for true embodied evolution.

Meditation is an ancient technique that offers a powerful way to access inner peace, clarity, and Oneness. It is scientifically validated to help undo the damaging impacts of these mental traps.

Persistence in meditation, even when it feels challenging, will yield results beyond your imagination.

Healing in Stillness: Allowing the Shift

Healing quietly unfolds within us.

We undergo the process of breaking down our walls, not to suffer, but to expand. As we journey into the depths of our darkest parts, we allow our connection with the world to deepen, and our capacity to love expands naturally.

But sometimes we put too much effort in trying to “figure it all out.” We can get so caught up in deciphering our patterns and behaviors, confronting our past conditioning, and healing our wounds, we forget the pure simplicity of being grounded in the moment and just breathing. Just being.

Because through it all, healing is still happening. It’s subtle.

It manifests in the grace we offer ourselves, the absence of comparison, and the surrendering to the process.

Cracking open is about feeling more, holding more, and loving more deeply.

So, if life feels hard it’s because it is hard. But I want you to know that you are doing a wonderful job navigating through these challenging times.

Trust that you are in perfect, divine time and everything is unfolding exactly as it should, for your good and for the good of all.

Every experience, both good and bad, are all opportunities to reclaim our power and sovereignty. They are opportunities to transition from feeling like a victim to becoming liberated and free!

Our soul’s blueprint serves as a roadmap guiding us toward our essence, our power, and our unique code.

My role is to assist you in returning to that sacred space within yourself where the keys to your liberation are held.

Embracing the Underworld: A Journey of Shadow Work and Renewal

Collectively we are dealing with radically uncertain times. All around us, we are feeling the charged energy vibrating throughout the cosmos. You may even be feeling triggered and unstable in many areas of your own personal life.

I believe the world is experiencing a spiritual descent into the Underworld.

When I speak of the Underworld, I’m not referring to a physical place, but a metaphoric place within ourselves. The Underworld is the deepest, most hidden part of ourselves where we suppress, repress, and bury all that we don’t want to look at, see, deal with or heal.

Carl Jung refers to this as “shadow work.”

Many of us are experiencing a descent into our shadow material, to our own darkness, shedding what no longer serves us.

As we approach these deep parts of ourselves, we have the opportunity to let go; to clear the old, stagnant and oppressive energy so that we may be born again into a more expanded version of ourselves. This requires acceptance.

The Universe is in constant expansion and so are we. Just as we are not separate from each other, we are not separate from Nature or the Cosmos.

When we look around, we see everything in nature going into a deep sleep or dying away. The trees are losing their leaves, but they are not dead- they are in a time of transition where they will come back to life again in the Spring. This transition is occurring within you, too.

We are planting the potent golden seeds for a new beginning.

We’re called to have patience and enter a state of deep rest, repair, regeneration, and acceptance. To let a part of our lives, or even who we once were, metaphorically die in order to seed, sprout, bud, and bloom again.

This is called resilience.

It is a reminder to all of us –

We must trust and stay open to what is dissolving away to make room for more light, expansiveness, growth and healing.

We must be willing to let go and grieve the death of what once was and no longer needed.

It’s easy to mistake this phase of growth as one where everything that once felt safe and secure seems to be falling apart. But beneath the surface of the dormant soil, things have never been more active.

We are experiencing a phase of initiation, renewal, and rebirth. Collectively and personally.  You ought to give yourself time and space to recover and rest.

This is perhaps the most important part of our growth. And it takes faith and surrender to do it.

This is a very tender, powerful time.  Trust the sureness of the fertile soil.

Anchoring in Love: Finding Your Center Amidst Chaos

Goodness, the world is asking a lot of us.  How are you doing through it all?

If you are feeling activated or triggered by global events or by the noise and chaos surrounding us, you are not alone.

Can you take a moment to pause, to sit in stillness and find your breath?  Can you feel the life force in your body, the frequency of love vibrating through every cell of your being?

Love is the most powerful force on this planet.

Much of what we are seeing in the news and media is activating a trauma response in many people, keeping us stuck in a dysregulated nervous system. Survival.

Now is the time to reach for the ever-present light within you.

We are far greater, stronger, more powerful when we’re united by the golden thread that connects us all. Love. Light. Consciousness.

The world is delivering some heavy lessons. This is why we must take the time to anchor into our center and surrender.

Our center point is where we remember that we’re both human and divine, that we’re okay, that we’re safe, that we’re alive, breathing.

Our center point is where we remember that we’re not alone, that we’re a part of a whole, the one. Where we drop into our humanity, and our divinity at the same time.

When we’re disconnected from our center, we’re forced to function and project from the past and future.  From old stories and past conditioning rather than the present moment.

Our center brings us home, allows us to melt into the present, and reminds us of our sovereignty.

This is where the alchemy lies.  In this exact moment. From the center point of our hearts. Where we are safe to be both human and divine.

Hold and nurture this knowing.

It’s all within, at your center, in your heart.

When Trauma Leads to Transformation

Exploring the profound truth that while pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. Learning to lean into growth transforms trauma into wisdom through conscious action.

As we walk the human journey, we will each experience a variety of challenging cycles within our lives. These cycles are divinely timed as part of our unique experience.

The truth is that pain is an inevitable part of being human. However, our suffering is optional. We have a choice regarding our relationship to pain, and whether or not we suffer because of this pain.

These experiences are deeply spiritual and have been a part of the human journey throughout time.  Painful experiences and circumstances are an opportunity to discover the unknown resources of power within each of us.

Amongst my deepest ethos and practice orientation remains true:

A problem is never the true problem, what matters most is how we orient ourselves around that problem.

An empowering awareness is, we can’t avoid pain. We can avoid suffering.

At its most extreme, the conditions of these cycles are brought to surface through unforeseen life events such as trauma, illness, accidents, death, divorce, financial loss, or any other past or present life circumstance.

Many of us do not even recognize what is occurring, as it is hidden within the pain and chaos of ordinary life.

But we are all here to live our purpose.  Which means, if we are to bring our unique gift or medicine to the world, we must go through the experience of wounding, death and rebirth, and conscious post-traumatic growth before we can live in the fullness of our truth.

Our challenges are the lessons that lead to our own personal power where wisdom can emerge.

In psychology, this has been studied and is known as ‘POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH’.

This phenomenon says that when we experience trauma of any kind, we have the opportunity to be reset in the aftermath of the trauma, which is always a mindset choice.

The viable opportunity exists to have an even more meaningful life after the trauma when we choose to lean into the growth opportunity from the pain or loss.

Simply put, experiences open us to greater wisdom when accompanied with conscious right action.

This has everything to do with our consciousness and choosing to align with what truly matters to us, which we often only discover after the trauma occurs.

Clarity, trust, self-love and self-worth, and discernment of what is ours to transform, and what is not ours to carry forward are the qualities we must cultivate in order to support the growth of wisdom in our lives so that we may walk our path of purpose and fulfillment.

It is taking what we have experienced and learned and transforming our lives to co-create with this new understanding and meaning for ourselves, and for the world around us through our purpose and meaning.

Exploring the wounded parts of ourselves is how we open to the ultimate possibility that is our life.

Awakening our consciousness and leaning into the pain opens the door to a truly unimaginable possibility.

Living a deeply awakened life is so magnificent and so far beyond most of what we see in the world that even when we experience it for ourselves, we often find it hard to accept that life could be this extraordinary.

But for us to make room in ourselves for the miraculous to take root, we must uncover, and ultimately restructure the belief in a life of limitation and examine our relationship with pain and suffering.

This deeply rooted and often unconscious limitation subtly holds us back from taking the steps of trust required to truly experience our own personal freedom and create a life we love living.

Speaking from personal experience, I know how grateful I am for the traumas in my life.
Although the pain I have experienced personally felt excruciating and unrelenting at times, I would not have become the person I am, fulfilled by the work that I do, and conscious of my authentic Self if it were not for these experiences.
I chose to lean into my post-trauma growth. I sought out healing, I turned inward, I explored my pain and relationship to suffering, I grew a relationship with my subconscious patterns. I became conscious of what I was meant to learn from the pain and who I could become because of it.
My orientation to trauma was to witness the growing edge that was available to me through its discovery and unfolding. In doing so, I vaporized my suffering and became empowered by my pain.
This was my awakening process and the pathway to my highest self.
You can awaken too. It’s never too late to change your relationship with suffering and trauma.

An awakening is not just a glimpse into the future — it’s an awareness of what is already true within you, here and now. What is aching to be birthed through you from your divine blueprint.

This is who you were born to be. It’s your true power, your essence, your genius, and the source of your prosperity and happiness.

When you are cut off from the truth of your essence, you don’t just fail to fulfill your true potential, you experience a disconnection from this divine pattern in you.

That’s why the many attempts’ people make to solve “the problem/ sickness/ suffering” don’t work — because they are symptoms, not the root cause.

When we rediscover our truth and begin to align with and activate the latent power within us, our suffering dissolves.

This is when miracles can happen.

Are you ready to experience miracles and live out your true purpose?

Are you ready to have trust and faith that no matter what challenges and pain arrive in your life, you are equipped to consciously traverse them and be stronger for it?
