Sacred Mirrors: Alchemy Through Relationship

Relationships reveal both our shadows and our light. They are mirrors for our own inner-dimensional fractures and wounded-ness which are longing to be repaired.

Relationships are powerful alchemical containers that bring to the surface our deepest patterns, both illuminating and challenging us.

The opportunity is ripe to transform ourselves in ways we could not otherwise do alone.

Healing isn’t linear, and neither are relationships. They ebb and flow, weaving in and out of intimacy and polarity. We navigate thresholds, manage ruptures and repairs, and move in and out of connection, often stumbling over our actions and words.

In these dynamic interactions, we have a choice: embrace the alchemy or remain stagnant. As humans, we dance within these potent containers, reflecting our pain points, exposing our truths and illusions, all while seeking safety, acknowledgment, acceptance, and love.

Our relational framework is deeply rooted, often formed in our earliest years and influenced by past life experiences, ancestral imprinting, and our current life’s relational dynamics. This framework is interwoven with our subconscious, nervous system, and immune system, collectively guiding our being.

You might find yourself dwelling in a fragmented relationship with another, where old patterns, stories, and behaviors are exposed. Yet, this exposure is a necessary step in upgrading and transforming our relationships, reflecting the internal work we do.

What is it within you that is surfacing, ready to be alchemized and transformed? What patterns must die for the new to be born?

Lean into the cycles of death and rebirth within your connections, both past and present.

Be gentle and kind to yourself as you navigate your relational templates, inner child activations, revelations, triggers, and breakthroughs.

Co-regulation is possible, and indeed the sweetest medicine, when you choose to lean fully in and understand that everything happening in your relationships is a reflection of something happening inside of you.

If something is showing up in your relational framework which you are unhappy about, what if instead of pointing the finger and focusing on the other person, you sought to discover what inside of you is a match for this circumstance and dynamic?

What if you explored that perspective instead of facing outward with blame? What if you took full responsibility for yourself and your own happiness?

What if you healed yourself instead hoping the other person would heal?

This journey is powerful and profound but having a guide can make it a lot less daunting.

I love doing relational work because all things are connected. Sometimes that looks like working with couples. Sometimes that looks like working with individuals to move deeper into connection.

One thing remains true, if we enter relationships before we have done our own Conscious healing, we will play out our subconscious wounded-ness with our partner in an unconscious attempt to repair it.

Usually this doesn’t go well for us, or for our partnership.

We tend to find partners who are the perfect reflection of our deepest wounds. In particular the wounds we carry from our most complicated relationship with one of our parental figures.

If we are not conscious about the dynamics playing out, and the true source of them, we will get caught in an unproductive loop, and our relationship will struggle and suffer.

I love this work because I know what is possible in connection. I believe it’s what we’re here to experience in a meaningful, conscious way.

I’ve worked hard to accomplish that personally, and I know how rewarding and fulfilling healthy relationships are for the soul. Especially in romantic partnership.

I’ve learned that the container of sacred partnership is an elevated way of living. And it’s the only way I want to be in union. I want all my relationships to feel healthy and alive.

It is a lot of work. A deep journey inward to be fully available and prepared for this kind of love.

The beauty is now I know the way in, and I feel confident in my ability to move through any challenges with flow and balance.

If I can help guide you deeper into your own heart, it would be my absolute pleasure to stand with you there until you feel at home again, and until you can find your way to sacred connection!

A Sacred Dance of Love and Transformation

I’m overjoyed to share a new chapter in my life—my recent wedding in the South of France, nestled in the breathtaking Pyrenees. Surrounded by our closest family and friends, we spent a week in celebration, creating memories that will forever warm my heart. It was a time that reminded me of the deeper meaning behind love and partnership.

In this journey of love, I’ve learned that relationships, when held with intention, can be powerful spaces for growth and healing. This time was different for me. I was ready to step into a love that felt expansive, genuine, and true. My beloved and I created something sacred, a bond that reflects our highest selves and the deepest parts of our hearts.

We married twice—once in Oregon, in a simple ceremony with my parents and my 100-year-old grandmother, and then again in France, under a 700-year-old cedar tree with our loved ones. Both days were perfect in their own unique ways, filled with love, laughter, and the kind of joy that only comes from being surrounded by people who truly care.

As I reflect on our union, I’m filled with gratitude for the journey that brought us here, for the lessons learned, and for the beauty of what’s to come. Relationships, in their truest form, are an invitation to step into the fire of transformation—and I am so grateful to have found someone who stands in that fire with me.
