Healing is a slow, steady process. It is complex and nonlinear. It takes as long as it takes, and most of the time that is much longer than we hoped it would be.
But like all things in nature, there is a mysterious intelligence to our healing process. And if we trust it, shed what is no longer serving us, and then allow the natural evolution of a new bud to flower in its perfect time without force, we just may find ourselves transformed again and again.
We must trust the great mystery in this miraculous process.
And although many of us hear the call of our inner desires and dreams, it is often difficult to find the path forward to our own awakening.
Surrendering to the great mystery opens you to the ultimate possibility of your life. It awakens the sleeping phoenix inside of you where unimaginable possibilities await.
This is when you uncover your true power and gifts and are able to find meaning in your past trauma. This is when you begin to believe in yourself again and that is when you become powerful beyond belief.

Feels like a harsh awakening.
Perhaps the question is, are we willing to stay open enough to let those old, protective ways of being die in order for a new, deeper connection (which is what healing really is) that is built on more stable, steady, loving, nourishing ground for all?
Do you want to have a life with more peace and balance or whatever it is that you might value in terms of an energy consciousness?
We need to become more conscious about where we are out of balance. Why? Because our soul’s desire is to be in alignment with who we really are.
That means getting rid of the layers of old constructs and stories that we’ve absorbed or inherited and identifying what really is our true story.
If we were consciously creating that which is of our highest making, what would that look like? How would we be inside our bodies?
What is the imprint that we are leaving energetically on the world and the people around us?
Are we in alignment with that or are we just settling for a much lower version of existence?
Healing is happening. It is different for all of us. It will take as long as it takes. But if we find a way to trust the process, this old paradigm may birth a new world for us all.
